What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Breakfast, dessert for lunch, 2 anabars, some peppermint bark…I’m totally nailing this pre holiday diet
Damn must be nice I’m still making sure I keep weight down untill thanksgiving because I’m gana go hard, probably gain 10 pounds in 2 days That day and next day left overs. But I can get those 10 pounds back off in a week.

I’m supposed to be keeping weight down…I end up just hitting a calorie deficit but not hitting protein goal. Kinda don’t care that much right now lol. I’m gonna go hard on thanksgiving too…probably skip my retatrutide for the week
 
I am down 25 lbs. On 150 mg TRT and that’s it. Just shredded right now. Going to go another 15 lbs, then enjoy the holidays, then blast my face off.
Weren’t you just blasting your face off?! You can’t stop during the holidays…that’s when you need more to help avoid fat and gain more muscle. Might as well just keep going lol
