That’s my go to, 91/9 ground beef, with rice pasta noodles gluten free, and ragu sauce it tends to have a little less carbs.Barilla protein noodles, ground beef meatsauce,,,,,,View attachment 311084

If worried about getting lean u can use 99/1 ground turkey. Just sautee it longer to build flavor.
I could season that up and eat it all year. Even add a little parm on top, pR Actually had a decent macro count compared to other cheeses and has less lactose.
My favorite! Sometimes I mix in unflavored collagen powder for more protein, work great in scrambled eggs and can't even taste the difference
My god the travesty... Ragu? Man... You guys settle for Ragu?
I’ve tried “unflavored” collagen powder before in water. It definitely was not unflavored. Tasted horrendous. Tasted like the smell of my girls morning breath or something, it was wicked. My favorite! Totally useless.I’ve tried “unflavored” collagen powder before in water. It definitely was not unflavored. Tasted horrendous. Tasted like the smell of my girls morning breath or something, it was wicked.
It was from my local health and wellness store so probably was low quality and I haven't used collagen since. May have been 2021 or 2022.
Have you noticed any benefits from collagen ? I’d use it for the claimed skin benefits if I find a better brand.
But I’ve researched it before and it always come across it being more or less a placebo supplement.
“While some research suggests collagen powder may have benefits for skin elasticity, bone density, and joint health, the evidence is limited, and most experts say for the average person, it’s likely “not worth it” as a supplement, as a balanced diet with sufficient protein is usually enough to meet collagen needs
I love to add in some unflavored Greek yogurt and raw chopped onions just the way it is!
Man, you sure do like to add in a lot of things huh? Collagen , raw chopped onions, Greek yogurts … anything else ya like to add in?Maybe a pic of the wife’s tits ?I love to add in some unflavored Greek yogurt and raw chopped onions just the way it is!

Ghk cu mixed with any serum like just mix it straight in with lotion and im g2g to apply topical? The one I had did not have a strong taste but it was not entirely flavourless, either.
I did get a marine one, recently, that really tasted fishy, though.
Idk if there was something wrong with it, because I did not recollect it being so strong when I had it, previously.
I know people rave about collagen, but I personally have not found it makes any difference. I have taken it for a few months, but nada.
I read here people have more results with peptides or even topical ghk cu mixed with a serum, since you mention skin benefits.
