:P I'm out here about to make my daily protein shake "sweet treat". Last few weeks have been putting it in the freezer (re using old Blue Bunny ice cream containers) ((Blue BunnyVanilla Bean is the most legit ingredients ever btw))... Rather than drinking the shake right away.

It can become a sort of high protein pretend ice-cream thing to grab bites from, throughout the day. I like to add dehydrated peanut butter powder and also use cocoa powder for dark chocolate flavor without added sugar.

Ive always wanted to try sams club but the closest one to me is about 30 miles away and my Costco is only 15 miles and i dont think they offer trial memberships anymore.
i want a costco membership, but see no reason to switch from Sams club , i almost bought a membership for the sole purpose of getting the "freestyle libre3 " for a deal, but decided against it, money seems to be getting tighter lately and i been trying to "make better spending choices", i am such a shitty shopper, lol

Are you diabetic or just like to keep track while on gh or something? Since its summer i notice alot of guys with them in tank tops, i doubt they are all diabetic. If i remember right i see them mostly on triceps or delt area? My wifes best freind and co worker is a bad diabetic and i think she wears one daily, my wife has to always watch out for her and makes sure she always has a juice soda or candy. She even pins in front off her if they dont have patients around.

It doesn’t look like you are a shitty shopper, u always eat pretty good and are good at eating the same things consistently. I usto be good at eating the same thing everyday i need to work on that these days.

I have 4 mouths to feed so i have to be frugal. I usually stick to lean ground beef, chicken breast, turkey or turkey bacon, whole eggs and egg whites as my main sources of protein. Im lucky to get a nice steak once or twice a month max usually only on a date night. I wish i could have it as often as you, i love a nice rib eye even though they are only like $20 a pound.

i guess "frugile" is what im not, lol , i just have such a routine in diet that seems to be working, albeit it is kinda expensive, i spend a small fortune on "Fairlife milk", but we hitting the macros consistently,,

not diebetic, but hgh use has me wondering about bg levels, especially at nighttime when im asleep, i feel like i might be getting some kind of bg spike in the early a.m. hours that causes me to wake up frequently, tbd, my fbg has been in the 90,s for a longtime, but whenever i check it "pre,post, etc" after meals it appears to be responding normally, kinda chasing a fbg number of under 90 on regular basis,, lol

I was drinking it for over a year straight, but had to switch after walmart started its own brand of fat free lactose free its only 10g p compared to fair life 13g p but fair life is not even a full half gallon and walmart has full half gallon fat free lactose free for $3.50 vs $4.50 fair life.

plus the fairlife has Alot of potassium per serving, i have to watch my potassium levels now that i have ckd, ,
 
Ive been hooked on cottage cheese pancakes lately. Half cup of rolled oats, 2 eggs, half cup cottage cheese, a scoop of vanilla whey. Blend it smooth and cook like regular pancakes. Toss chopped strawberries or blueberries on top. 43P, 42C, 5 F
 
Oh dang that sucks. I never looked into that but can increasing water intake combat that?
I know most of us dont drink enough water.
water helps, i drink about 4-5 liters a day and i just can't get it all in sometimes,, i get so bloated and it also affects my appetite because im full of water,,
