What vitamins are you taking?

Hey y’all, trying to dial in my vitamins. I’m anemic so I take an iron supplement paired with fish oil, vitamin d, and milk thistle for my liver.
Just finished anavar, about to get bloodwork. Currently on a cruise of 200 test 100 primo if that matters at all. About to blast the same compounds for my bulk, just wanting to know if there are any good multivitamins or vitamins in general y’all are taking?

I’m considering TUDCA, I heard about liver defender but didn’t know if that’s still relevant or if something is better!
Thanks in advance

For your Iron problem = Beef Liver
For Vitamin D = Egg, Fish, Milk
For you liver = Dont take Oral Steroid, Dont Drink alcohol

In reality we dont need any supplement if we eat well and live healthy.
Not really what I was looking for, I’m on cycle so I realistically need extra supplements to help my body out processing the gear. I appreciate the comment though!

Wow. He must have quite the optimal nutrition protocol to only require downing a few dozen supplements everyday.
I see supplementation as a way to mitigate some of the damage we do to ourselves with peds. How are you going to eat 40 whole garlics a day to get the anti atherogenic and anti inflammatory benefits for example while you can take a highly concentrated supplement and get the same effect? As for vitamins our needs are potentially much higher than the suggested daily intake and in many cases there are many benefits in going much higher (vitamin D comes to mind). Lets say you are dieting and have a limited kcal intake it's even harder to get everything you need. Even if you are doing the exact opposite and have to eat 6000 kcals a day you can't really eat many greens because they will slow you down and screw your digestion up. You get clogged up.

Do you recommend a good multivitamin that helps all around or do you recommend getting the supplements individually like vitamin d etc

Multi vitamin are usually pretty low dose, so on top of my 1 multi vitamin I add another 1 or 2 vitamin c an vitamin d, 1 b12 , 2 fish oils , and a joint supliment mabe I'm forgetting some? Also 2 extra strength probiotic gummies, I dont take potassium magnesium enless I'm getting cramps or shin splints.

If you just want to make sure your most basic micro needs are met it's a good place to start although you may want to add some extra magnesium, D, K2, C, B12 etc to the stack. I don't take a multi myself.

Personally I'm more focused on organ protection and take things like astragulus for kidneys etc. You can make it very complicated and expensive if you wish or you can stick to the basics. It depends on your ped intake, nutrition, bloodwork and budget.

Interesting. Couldn’t you double the dose on the multivitamin?

I just don’t wanna die early, my diet is pretty clean consisting of chicken, broccoli and oats since I’m cutting right now, and I’m about to blast 600 test 300 primo with 25mg mk-677 daily. I kinda wanna get ahead of the curve, I just finished my anavar so I’m running milk thistle and I’m looking into TUDC too. I have low iron so I’ve been taking an iron supplement but I heard that can make things worse if you’re on primo or just gear in general?

Gear makes you produce more red blood cells and affects iron metabolism. If you have true anemia that was properly diagnosed and you actually need the extra iron, it shouldn't be an issue. Just keep an eye on your bloodwork and hematocrit.

Also any brands y’all Recommend? Links are dope if that allowed. I just don’t wanna buy one brand if one is better, definitely have been looking at dosages and quantities but recommendations are helpful!

I’ll make sure to add an Iron lab to my bloodwork this time. If my iron is off the graph I’ll cut the shit with the iron supplement. I just know I was anemic before and got prescribed a medication for it. I was super inconsistent and joined the Army, they were feeding me a lot so I guess I was getting it through food because I didn’t feel like shit, I got home and started my chicken/broccoli/oats cut and just feel lethargic all the time + dizzy when I stand up + getting cold easy. It must be anemia but we’ll see.

What do you recommend for blood panels for iron? Anything specific or should I just get a basic panel

Animal Pak - Vitamin Powder with Zinc, Magnesium, Amino Acids and More - Digestive Health, Immune Booster and Focus Support - Multivitamin for Men and Women - Spectra and 85+ Nutrients - 60 Scoops https://a.co/d/gBhHTxO

I tried this for awhile and plan to go back to it. It's a drink mix and I like that better than pills. They have everything and the kitchen sink thrown in this.

Just in general my supplement stack, nothing else is needed for me:

Vitamin D (autumn, winter, early spring)
Zinc
Magnesium sometimes
Fish oil
Creatine
Cialis
This is a solid one. What’s your liver support? (If at all). I’m taking anavar when I cut at the end so I was thinking TUDAC.

Do you prefer specific brands over others?

It's just minimalistic and all I need, because I believe taking vitamins I'm not deficient in is not optimal.

I don't really use liver protection, I think as long as you don't abuse and don't drink alcohol while on oral blast it shouldn't cause problems especially legit anavar/oxandrolone, liver is resilient and quickly regenerates if it's healthy.

Yeah I’m thinking about doing just animal Pak as long as I don’t find anything bad on it between now and ordering it + probiotic and some fish oil. My liver enzymes were high from anavar and my doctor noticed so I wanna be more cautious. I’m also on a blast cruise thing forever so I wanna have long term health especially being on gear.
