Ha I always love to read everyone’s DNP fears. The only people who believe the hysteria are those who’ve never done it.
I’ve used it soooo many times with success each and every time.
When I was competing in grappling and BJJ tournaments I’d usually have the comp date 4-6 weeks out. I’d always run a week at 250-500mgs a day while hitting the elliptical for an hour in the am and another ‘5 miles’ (an hour) in the pm.
Keeping my diet ‘clean’ and a slight deficit during that week I’d always show up a week later 5-10lbs lighter. By the 2nd week all the water retention has cleared and usually had lost 10-13lbs of fat & nearly
No strength. DNP always allows me to come in on weight QUICKLY while others bros suffer through camp focusing on diet and caloric burn to hit a scale # rather than solely skills training.
Those days are done now & I just lift and run and like to look good naked now while getting juicy and being lean.
I can burn probably 1lb of fat in a day with 500-750mgs of DNP and 2 LISS cardio sessions or even walking for a few hours & eating nothing but bags of salad.
It’s a small price to pay for 36 hours and I’m exchange get a chunk of fat loss.
I might do that 1-2x in a week if I was a binge slut for food during the weekend prior. Otherwise I’m usually disciplined & enjoy a clean eating lifestyle.
TLDR: DNP can kill u if taken irresponsibly however it can also Produce miracle results if used smart & safely. Anyone who u uses it knows the #1 rule: DONT OVERDOSE which usually equates to play it safe & don’t ever exceed 800mgs in a day and be sure to be aware of the half life and buildup of the doses prior.
It’s an easy drug that produces amazing results.
p.s I took A gram before and yes it sucked balls, yes I sweated a ton felt like shit and was hotter than satans lava like jizz but here I am… still fuckin still training and still occasionally taking dnp
