What’s your go to meal?

This isn't going to be a discovery for anyone, but... eggs. They are a good source of protein and cheap enough to take them as needed to meet my daily protein goal.
 
Plain Jane for me. Chicken rice and beef rice. Sometimes I’ll fry some onions of the beef or add some salsa to the chicken
 
Volume lunch: 2 pints of ninja creami protein pints and a big tub of popcorn.

Feeling sexy lunch: 1-1.5lbs Air fried golden potatoes that are cut into fries and ground beef or chicken cubes. Easily make them both in air fryer or oven. (add optional topping or sauces to the fries)

Sexiest volume dinner and calorie friendly: Box of Carb Diem pasta + jar of sauce of your choice (ragu six cheese/classico four cheese/prego meat sauce) + Chicken/beef.

If you want to bulk just get normal pasta,
want more protein with no meat (Pete's pasta although it's expensive 17g per 110kcal)

- good fat (omega 3 from salmon)
- high protein (salmone and edamame)
- moderate amount of carbohydrate (rice has starch and edamame and other spring mixed gives you fiber)

I made poke bowl myself at home, and honestly it can cost just as much as ordering one at a decent restaurant.

6 oz 93% beef, rice of a varying amount (lately 1 cup) and about a full bell pepper diced up (I dice up green, red and yellow and throw it in a bag with some seasoning, and scoop out about a full peppers worth) and then mustard for taste and a binder of sorts. Every day almost for years!
 
Chicken salad for me - I used to love eggs but since I had Covid and it knocked my smell & taste, they now smell like a sewer and I can’t stand to even look at them which is a shame as they’re a good, cheap protein source.
 
Sup MESO! I wonder what are your guys go to meal that’s simple and and easy to make and has been a staple in your diet before? One of mine is pesto chicken and pasta. But I don’t make the pesto myself because well fuck that lol.
Chicken and Jasmine rice, well seasoned maybe some sauce. Just hard bet staple.
 
Old school boring ass over here.
Crock pot chicken breast, green beans, jasmine rice. Cant really go wrong, and no matter how many times I eat it I never get tired of it.
