- high protein (salmone and edamame)
- moderate amount of carbohydrate (rice has starch and edamame and other spring mixed gives you fiber)
I made poke bowl myself at home, and honestly it can cost just as much as ordering one at a decent restaurant.

Crock pot chicken breast, green beans, jasmine rice. Cant really go wrong, and no matter how many times I eat it I never get tired of it.
