What’s your go to meal?

Real Baby gold potatoes , with some "extra skin" , because peeling a baby potato is tedious work with a old fashioned hand peeler, i also use a hand masher to get them baby's nice and consistent, add some butter a lil 2% fairlife and "whip it good" ;)

Oh man, u know I’m pretty certain I was the first guy to post 1, 2 or fat free fair life. It’s just pricey . Walmart or winco , I get a half gal fat free milk close to fair life I think $3.50? Instead of $5.50.

And my wife loves to peal potatoes compared to me. I only cut of the roots or rotten parts. I even russets are great for me.

I've been cutting and my main meal has been steak, tomatoes, peppers, and spinach. Clementines for desserts. Hits my macros and provides lots of micronutrients.
