Chicken breast and rice both steamed. As simple and as easy as it can be. Takes about 30 minutes.

Real Baby gold potatoes , with some "extra skin" , because peeling a baby potato is tedious work with a old fashioned hand peeler, i also use a hand masher to get them baby's nice and consistent, add some butter a lil 2% fairlife and "whip it good"Are those real mashed potatoes or instant?

Yea I use a hand masher and pealer/ rotten knot scooper.Oh man, u know I’m pretty certain I was the first guy to post 1, 2 or fat free fair life. It’s just pricey . Walmart or winco , I get a half gal fat free milk close to fair life I think $3.50? Instead of $5.50.
And my wife loves to peal potatoes compared to me. I only cut of the roots or rotten parts. I even russets are great for me.
But I do use a lot electric mixer my wife likes just a fork lol I bless it’s a birthday cakeYea I use a hand masher and pealer/ rotten knot scooper.

where can you get fairlife that cheap? i can only get it $5.22 cheapest at walmart,,You can catch the fairlife on a 3.50-4.50 sale when you buy 4+ from time to time. The dates on it are so good i always try to stock up with a case or two. Chocolate for the morning coffee, fat free to cook with

You’d need to be in my geographic district for my recommendation to be meaningful.where can you get fairlife that cheap? i can only get it $5.22 cheapest at walmart,,
I second that, i would just add a bit of red potato, baked on which i would marinade in a nice layer of fresh spices and herbs with a small drizzle of olive oil. Love it!I didn’t read through the whole thread so forgive me if something similar has been mentioned but my go to meal, on a bulk or mass cycle has always been steak and eggs. I like meals I can make in one pan or pot. Pan seared steak, 3 or 4 eggs over easy on top of 2 slices of whole wheat toast, sometimes for breakfast and again for dinner. Quick, easy and no big mess to clean up.
Walmart only stays in business due to convenience and their big box items. Margins on food and beverage are razor thin, they consider 3% (before factoring in shrink) to be good, with anything over 7.5% great. They do not run a loss leader strategy like many other chains, most famously Costco. Every item that walks out that door is profitable on its own. And that profit is passed along to you with a higher baseline price.
i know im paying $.50 LESS on a container of Fairlife milk at walmart, that adds up pretty good at the end of the month,,Does that mean you get better deals on food from Walmart or Costco?
