What's your training split?

At 45, and doing wendler's 5/3/1 variations for many years, I think it's time for a change. I'm thinking maybe just a plain bro split, or PPL, but I'm not sure yet. What routines are you guys over 40 using?
 
I like to do every other day and it seems to work out for me keeps the injuries away, but sometimes I will do two on one off
