What's your training split?

At 45, and doing wendler's 5/3/1 variations for many years, I think it's time for a change. I'm thinking maybe just a plain bro split, or PPL, but I'm not sure yet. What routines are you guys over 40 using?
 
51 here. I was a ppl guy for years. Been with my trainer for about a year and he does some odd ass splits. I mean I like that I just show up and do what he tells me but it's not how I ever designed my workouts.

For example, yesterday was biceps and quads. Today was shoulders and hammies. Usually do supers of three mixed and some dynamic cardio for a few minutes before the next super. I need to cut fat so it's working.
