Where to inject BPC157 for torn shoulder labrum?

i fucked up my back during my BPC/TB protocol while trying to heal my tennis elbow. didnt do shit for me. im still nursing my back from a raw squat gone bad lol

1) Bro. Gotta take it easy man. Tennis elbow and back pain and what next?

2) What kind of back injury? I have radiculopathy and BPC/TB/GH made a noticeable improvement in symptoms.

Lol ya I'm feeling my age now. Tennis elbow is new I've been training on and off heavily for about 20 years now this tennis elbow thing is a recent acquisition. The back thing seems to come hit me once every year or two usually I'm down for a week and I'm fully healed again but this time it's been hurting for about a month now hasn't fully gone away. The last time it happened I was just picking up a bag of trash throwing it in the back of my truck to take to the dump lol. Just twisted in an odd manner. I've never got imaging done I usually just crawl my way back to a couch or bed and stay there for a week until it's better then I'm good as new.

Cool. I never ran one without the other, so can't comment on TB or BPC monotherapy.

I wasn't intent to but i was planning to source both from qsc, then i read about the tb-4 sold as tb-500, plus the yellowish discoloration some guy mentioned and because of this i bought only the BPC until i find another tb source or make the decision and buy both from him next time.

i'm struggling with tennis/golfers elbow and have been taking bpc157 at 1 mg a day now , i was using 3 mg a day but honestly its been 3+ weeks now i haven't did any pull training and its not getting better its f up as far as training goes im also on 4 ius of good hgh as well as test c i was thinking of adding a low dose of Anavar at 10 mg daily for its collagen synthesis property's im just not sure if that will even help?

You might run some nandrolone for its tendon and joint support. Also I just bought a used fiix tennis elbow massager off eBay and I've been using a massager gun to pummel it every other day. I've heard with this type of massage therapy it takes about 8 weeks to heal. I might add nandrolone to my trt just to help with this fuckin ng tendonitis pain. It's killing muh gainz

Some youtube guy who's pretty jacked used one of those cheap electric muscle stimulator devices on his tennis elbow. He said it helped and those guys lie about everything for content & clicks, but might be something to look in to.

Can also use it elsewhere, on other injuries or sore muscles etc. Like foam rolling & massages. No great human clinical trials on bodybuilders but some guys just like it.

do you think a tens unit would help tennis/golfers elbow, or would it possibly overstimulate the already damaged tendons? im going on several weeks of not doing any pull excercises and i just started some light push movements and also several weeks of bpc157 with an aggressive protocol and it just seems to be stagnant as far as any relief from symptoms any ideas fellas?

I've never tried bpc/tb for the same elbow issue, as my research (scoured forums) indicated the only thing that may help was PT. Since I'm not looking to do a copay, pay another specialist, and THEN pay co-insurarnce, I found some info online.

Have a look at these exercises, they helped me quite a bit, but since I've neglected maintenance, the pain is lingering again (bot not as severe).
Also try nerve flossing/gliding. Someone mentioned it here in another thread, and it works.

I've been using Deca for 3-4 months with no real joint relief. Only relief I stated above to @Ateam2023

I've (unsuccessfully) used BPC157 & TB-500 in the past for patellar tendinopathy. I have a small tear in my shoulder labrum right now, confirmed with MRI and want to give that combo another shot.

BPC157 needs to be injected somewhat locally. But where would the best place be for my injury? I can inject into the deltoid but would SubQ closer to the injury not be better? I guess intra articular would be best but there's no way I am trying that myself lol.

Any other compounds I could try aside from these two? I have surgery scheduled but there's a LONG waiting list right now so I'm trying to do everything I can to get better without surgery.
Did you solve your patellar tendinopathy? Ive been battling the same thing for 8 months unsucessfully. Finally booked a surgery in may for it.

Forgot about this thread. I am actually getting surgery to fix my shoulder (hopefully) in about 8 weeks. Doc says 6-9 month until fully recovered.

Kinda sucks ngl but I am really hoping I can get back into the gym properly after everything is said and done.

Post surgery I was thinking of doing:

- BPC-157 & TB-500
- Oxandrolone
- Collagen
- Buffered Vitamin C
- MSM
- Perhaps rGH if I can find a reputable source

And looking into getting PRP injections a few weeks after surgery. If they did stemcell therapy here I'd be also getting that lol.

have a very good experience with TB500 and BPC157, i mix them together:

10mg TB500 with 2ml bac
5mg BPC157 with 0.5ml bac

and adding some GHK CU around 10mg. with some bac

dosing around 0.5ml from these mix EOD directly in the pain area.

Careful with pushing the tennis elbow. I had the tendonitis for years on and off as well. However last spring I was warming up after doing pec deck, and went into my second set of incline DB press with n rep 12 of 15 I heard a loud Velcro noise, turned out to be my tricep ripping off the elbow. Sucks that I was only using 80s too working up to my top set things were moving smoothly with no issues and just like that it got me. Good luck on your recovery.
