Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Current state,bodyfat decrease slow,but sure.

Fuck, that 225 for 51 is impressive for me too. I thought I had plenty left in the tank at 20 then all the sudden that bar feels HEAVY. When you get to that last rep you feel like someone has reached out and held the bar on you lol.

Same, around 20 reps or so and 225 suddenly becomes a weight beyond imagining.

Man, my last rep I got 2/3 of the way and hit the wall and panicked for a moment thinking, "please don't make me yell for a spot with 225... This can't happen." Then I racked that fucker.

When I watched the video back it wasn't as bad as it felt... It usually isn't.

Been in the natty train for 6months now this is as big as I'm going to get T- 1 week till I start cutting. Currently 198lb (after participating in a pie eating contest last night that I won :cool:) going to shoot to get shredded at 180lb
 
This is what I'm proud the most since my first show in may. My legs were what lose it for me. Have been getting lots of extra sets and reps focusing on them extra hard. I use to dread legs now it's something I look forward to. When I cut down I hope they look even better

What are you taking for gear?
 
12 weeks out Sunday from my second show. Doing classic this year. Down about 6 pounds so far gotta be down another 20 or so. Cutting sucks I'm so hungry. I'm on 4 cups rice a day, 32 oz of meat, 1 cup oats, 2 yolk 7 whites, 2 shakes and almonds and cutting pretty fast but sure am hungry
