Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Not the biggest or most shredded , but I made some great progress the last 14 weeks trying to put on some size . I got alot fatter than I planned , but I got alittle to caught up in numbers on the scale instead of keepin tabs on the mirror lol . I started off at 213 right out of a cut , and ended up at 248 at my biggest . On a short 6 week cruise now then starting prep for a May show (classic) . Btw , there are some fucking monsters in this thread ! Keep killing it , its motivational as hell . Everytime I feel like im doing something special I see some freak beast in here , and it makes me grind even harder lol

Damn brother nice work! I'd be happy with your before pic! I've realized I'll prob never be shredded lol. I can definitely see the size you put on. Keep us updated and post some pics when u get ripped the fuck up again.

Thanks brother appreciate it ! yeah ive always been a skinny fucker so cutting is always the easy part for me . Ive pretty much come to terms im never gonna see 300 on the scsle lol ..

Nothing wrong with putting on alot of mass. I use that time to get as physically strong as i can be. So long as all that mass is accompanied by strength its all gravy in da bowl

Actually I do! But I will admit I do not have the discipline or knowledge in nutrition that it takes.

Yeah I didn't mind putting on the extra padding at all . The only problem I ran into was towards the end my joints and tendons just couldn't keep up ! Thats my dilema now is I wanna use this cruise period to rehab alittle , but dont know whether its best to switch up to some more volume and focus on the contraction and pumping blood or just cutting down the weight and sticking with high intensity?

The definition of high intensity is a percentage of a persons 1 RPM. The closer you are to your 1 RPM the higher the intensity. Volume is the opposite of high intensity

Naw no hate man , I understand what your saying. Im gonna be dieting down slowly throughout my cruise so strength might dip a little , but I meant more just sticking to the same program layout as far as how many working sets and reps but cutting the load back . Basically , just a maintenance peroid focused on recovering my joints and holding on to muscle as much as possible. Or if id just be better served to switch over to some pump work .

You look good. How tall are you? What weight are you trying to compete in classic. How are the legs?
I do classic as well so just asking you are much bigger than I am. I’m around 5”9

On a blast now. My show is in may. I stepped on stage year at 183 this year I hope to be 187-190 since they upped the weights in classic 5 pounds for each height. Meaning some guys my height will in 197 which pretty much top

I fall into class c (5"11-212lb weight cap) . So im pretty much pushing the limit i can grow and stay in classic . I was 5 weeks out in my before pics and had to drop out of that show because i ended up with respiratory infection and had some fluid around my heart (not steroid related just a fluke thing) , but i got cleared by my doc and had a good growth phase so im hoping to end up right around 210 on stage.

Legs are pretty good , still want to bring them up some though. Alittle soft right now lol20171214_100220.jpg

Yea you got nice size. 210 on stage is a big guy. I want to be top of my class but I got awhile before that happens ha. Looks like we will be cutting around the same time for a show that’s cool. I’m on test npp superdrol now. Last blast before a short cruise before I cut down. Hope to get to 220-225 or so then come down we shall see I’m a hard gainer. My legs stay pretty cut now just trying to add some size to them. How do you like the superdrol , I just finished a test npp anadrol cycle myself . Ive tried superdrol a couple times and always end up dropping it after a week or 2 , i just end up sleeping all day and get terrible cramps .

Yea man I tried superdrol before made me feel like shit, even Tbol made me feel like shit. Only thing I do on oral is anavar and winny I’m only taking 10 mg a day superdrol and I have sides even on that it’s been 8 days so far. I’ve put some weight on. I may run it 3 weeks if I can make it ha. I get lethargic, lose appetite and headaches on some orals so stopped taking them. Now I just use them for cutting. It’s no fun trying to workout when you feel like shit.
