Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I'm glad you said it before I had too. Absolutely no disrespect to @size26s as he is lean and hard. Due to that conditioning he looks bigger than he is. Add a pump, good lighting, tanning and the perfect pose by himself (bicep pulled in hard against the lat) and that's the bodybuilding illusion of looking bigger while than you are.

A lean 20" inch arm is a big arm especially if you're talking no pump but flexed. Let's put this into perspective @rutman posted a pic a few pages back and I'm sure he's probably rocking 20+ish cold arms and you see how big he is. While he's still lean he's not shredded so you've got to be rocking 21+ inch guns off season to see a 20" ripped arm.

You're close. I'm right under on the 20 mark cold... But when I was lean I was a solid 19 cold.

A 20in lean arm is truly massive...

Thanks man, I have my MRI on the 4th and the Ortho follow up on the 6th. I’ll know the deal then.

Honestly, it still hurts some but yesterday was 2 weeks since it happened and I was able to actually do some higher rep two arm tricep work with minimal discomfort.

It’s healing pretty fast so I may be able to avoid surgery. I’ve been able to train everything but chest as normal. Chest was mostly fly’s, pec deck and some cable presses but it was effective.

The weird thing is the elbow still has swelling right on top of the joint. It feels just like a gel pad on my elbow when I set it on a hard surface. Fucking injuries.
 
Well I got the official word today. No surgery is needed for my injury. Just keep doing what I’m doing (Going easy on it and not pushing too hard) and let it heal.

It’s back to about 65-70% after 3 weeks. So I’ve escaped a serious set back for now anyway and will just have to baby it for a while longer.

Official diagnosis for the medical nerds out there.

Awesome news! I’m glad to hear it! Sounds like you might be back to 100% in a few months... that’s def some motivation!

Thats grwat news bigguy. Glad you dont have to be cut on. Yeah man shit id baby it an be happy to do so instead of having to have surgery done in it. That would suck......
 
First week back blasting after 6 weeks cruising. Went with an oral this time I never do that. I tried superdrol in the past and didn’t agree with me. Been running it about a week so far sides aren’t as bad this time. Have cheated a little more lately since this is the last few months bulking before I start cutting down in February for my next show. Figure I met as well in enjoy it now because once the cut starts it won’t be fun lol.

Na man. I hate my chest it’s so small! I have big delts and arms I can’t get the chest to follow I don’t even do shoulders much anymore just switch up workouts for my chest all the time. Trying different stuff to make it grow and thank for the compliment

Incline press is one of the best for chest development. Do you do alot of inclines? If not you should start incorporating them in more often an see if that brings you up in the chest department. I have no room to talk at all lol. I have a fuckin birdchest myself. I always wanted the arnold chest but somethings are just out of our reach an not in our genes....

I think alot with chest comes down to form. Knowing how to keep the tension on your pecs and off the delts.

Incline press is one of the best for chest development. Do you do alot of inclines? If not you should start incorporating them in more often an see if that brings you up in the chest department. Man I do incline. Barbell, dumbell, cables you name it.

I figured you did jus thought id ask. Kinda a dumb question to ask somone of your status anyways lol. Your still young an have alot of time left to bring your chest up brotha. Keep your chin up an continue digging deep. At tye end of the day all we can do is try our best an give it our all. Oh an btw i pm'd ya back brotha....hit me up when u get time my man....peace
