Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Trying to get these babies to grow before it’s time to cut down in March
I like to squat with some thing i think ill only get 4 or so with and grunt out 10. Yes, your mind is stronger than your body. I also like to use this method on the hack squat and smith lunges. It may take 10sec in between sets while holding the weight to summon the courage for another rep but it must be done. The legs are one of them muscles i think that must be challenged without remorse. They are very resilient in their overload capability and recuperative abilities.

Thank you. Cruising now. Going to try to my first shot at superdrol in a few weeks never have tried it. We shall see. I saw a few local who went nationals a few weeks ago. They got whooped. They all won shows this year and all went to Miami and got it handed to them. So I know I have a lot of work to do to be on the next level. I’m going to try and stick to masters. The open classes are crazy. Gotta keep working hard.

Honest never measured. I may have told this story on here. After my last show this coach came up to me and we talked and he said my arms were too small and I need to hit them 4 times a week. Just 6-8 sets of biceps and triceps. Just get a quick pump in.
It’s been 6 months and let me tell you they have grown like crazy. I don’t do heavy weight with them. So say at end of chest or back day I’ll get a quick pump in with 20 pd dumbells curls. Tricep
Extensions. Just light and higher reps
And they keep growing.

Yea I spent a good chunk of the year training arms that way. I put about an inch on them since last year, but yours look every bit of 20" now
