Yeah im thinking right around there , top of the class is 212 so hopefully 211.9 lol , but i think around 215 is when ill start looking pretty freaky... i could push down further if i had too , but i dont think i gotta come in shrink wrapped to win this particular show .

Im actually thinking ill be relatively peeled at 212 though because ever since i dropped this dnp im leaning out nicely but slowly gaining scale weight . This is just my opinion. I’ve heard it from some guys who know you who compete. I wouldn’t worry about an exact weight you want to come in at. You say 212 you never know it could be 205-212 somewhere between there. A lot of people will say man know way I got such and such to loss. People will say where you going to loss that. I know I’m in fairly lean but I bet I still got 15-20 to lose before I’m Ripped. I know everyone is different and different body types but I don’t show for a certain weight unless it’s to make that weight class. I know 197 is top of 5”9 I’d love to be that big but realistically I’d be happy with 185-188 I Came in 184 last year and if I added 4-5 pounds of real muscle I’d be happy. My buddies who don’t compete will say man you can’t get that lean or you need to be top of your class. I mean I’d love to be 197 lean asf but I know dudes who come down for 240-250 and get into 198 for light heavy and they are pretty lean all year. There’s a young kid around here like 5”7. He’s 240s pretty jacked off season. He won junior USA overal last year at light heavy. He comes in 198 and he’s a monster. But crazy he went to Pittsburgh for his pro card and got 3-4 not sure and then went to Miami and got 8th. Just shows you how crazy some of the classes are. That’s why I stick to masters ha. Them young boys are freaks. My old trainer got 3 top 3 finishes in 3 shows last year in light heavy. At New Jersey and Pittsburgh twice. Dude is still grinding to get that pro card. It’s crazy the competition

Its supposed to be the most scientifically accurate. They actually showed me exactly where my fat is. My plan is 5% or lower by the time the comp comes up.

Well mid 2nd week of phase 2 of prep and some sorry fucker has managed to give me their sickness. It's not the flu (never had it) but it is a sinus infection with some chest congestion and has me feeling like total shit.
Now the struggle to keep everything on track while getting better and not making things worse is in full effect. FML.

Thanks @rutman. Wed. is my one off day so I had some rest yesterday but probably not going to be back in at 100% until this weekend (I hope). Tonight is definitely a no go. Shit happens, that's why I started WAY early for this prep.Damn..... I hate to hear that. Seems like this has been the year of set backs for everybody.
