Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I'm thinking of adding some mast e in, what doses are you running?

In case anyone wants to know, right now Im 300mg Test E a week, 200mg tren e...very simple. I'm going to do some anavar leading in to the comp.

I start tren 7-8 weeks out. I was told by a few guys I know who compete you want to start it late so you are really getting the benefits of it.
I’ll run
Tren A 400
Mast p 400
Prop 200
A week. Monday wed Friday Sunday I Inject. Then 2 weeks out I drop the prop and run mast p and tren about 700 a week until Wednesday before the show. I’ll run winny and var 8 weeks with abutrol starting 12 weeks out 2 weeks on 2 off and then arimdex 1 tab a day last two weeks. Also last year used diuretic night before and morning of show. Just what I was taught by a few guys that I know. I know everyone does stuff different

Pretty solid approach. It obviously works for you. That's pretty close to my personal prep menu.

Not sure on the adding tren late for it's maximum effects thing. I suppose it has a plateau point but it's not like it stops working or you go backwards at that point. In your case you stay pretty hard and close to stage shape so bringing it in late works.

Thanks yea just how I’ve done it plus me being on tren too long makes me not the nicest person I know that. I’m always open to what you have to say. I know you have a lot knowledge in that area. This is just my second show. So always open to suggestions. I don’t mind cutting because I actually enjoy my meals. When I’m bulking I try to eat so much I don’t even look forward to the next meal. I’ll be posting more often so it’s getting closer to the show.

I think it's an excellent approach bro. Not critiquing at all. Like I said, it's really close to my own personal protocol. Everyone struggles with some aspect of the lifestyle. Getting peeled is easy for some and an act of god for others. Adding quality size and thickness a whole other animal. Endless pursuit of unobtainable perfection. We are all insane by some people's standards. :)

Honestly, I totally get the tren thing from a personality/health perspective. I stay away from tren as long as I can also during prep but it's for the mental and health reasons not a peaking protocol.

Tren makes me miserable/mental on so many levels but it works so damn good during prep it's just a necessary evil.
