Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Were saying the same thing, essentially, but I have some gripes.

“Real” IIFYM is just fucking...eating. It’s what everyone who’s serious about the gym does. 80%+ prepped food + cheats here and there. Some douche put a name to it that it didn’t need and then, as people do, they ruined it completely.

IIFYM isn't really for the serious gym goer though... Because the typical person who'd find it useful is eating McDonald's for lunch everyday and having salads only when they think they need to be healthy. It's a total yo yo. Typical Americans have no idea about the concept of calories in vs calories out. IIFYM lays that kind of stuff out.

IIFYM is just calorie tracking for me really... It does help a gym rat get better at intuitive eating though, which many can find difficult.
 
I honestly had a lot of fun doing it! In hindsight I would have changed a few things... Those breakfast sandwiches I had in the AM were too dense and fucked my appetite up.

I think @jaymaximus got a cheese steak with fries or something that haunted him for days afterwards lol.

Alright guys. I’ve been contemplating posting this. Always comparing myself to you monsters on here and there’s some guys that really put in the work and have great physiques. I fell off for a while a few years back. Last February I picked the iron back up. The pic on the left is February 2018. One on the right is the most recent shot I have of myself. Between now and then I’ve ran two cycles :
#1 test blend, tren e, npp, Superdrol
Into a long cruise back into—>
#2 test cyp, npp, t bol, equipoise
I’m currently in week 15 of the second blast.

Me weight on the left is around 220-225
Weight on the right is 217.

although the shredded look is much nicer to most people, i always like the powerlifter look minus the big belly. i guess the viking warrior look appealed more to me than the brad pitt fight club look.

Back down to cruising the last 2 weeks. Blasted for about 18 went from about 206-220 well 224 at the docs on Monday but had all my clothes on. Hope to cruise a few good months. Before summer and do a npp mast test run for 8-10 then a tren A test mast run the last 8 or. Trying to add as much good size as I can before I turn 40. My goal is to step on stage in 3 years again at classic masters 40 n up

Local guy here went to Miami and got third at light heavy. He’s like you monster fucking legs and like 5”7. He’s tried 4 times so far twice in Miami and twice at Pittsburgh. This year was his best showing so far. I’d never step foot in light heavy you dudes are freaks man lol. Thick as fuck

This will be my first shot at LHW. My one and only Nats trip so far was middle weight last year. Did well for my first Nats I guess but the goal is never just a decent placing. This go is for real.
 
This is my first ever picture upload after 5+ years and it's current to boot lol. Only been at it for about 8 weeks using mostly dumbbells and putting on size very fast. I'll try to find a decent starting pic for reference one day soon.
