Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

You find a coach who’s decent at
If I’m on the bubble, and I’m dialed in around 228 per say, I think I’ll fair pretty good as a shredded super than at the top of the heavy’s. There’s always a 5’6 220lb gorilla that gets me in Heavyweight... not many absolutely shredded suoers out there. That’s where I’ll get em.

Here’s a pic back in June where I was 218.

All that fat and carbs bro:eek:
Might as well dump mayo on your pasta, lol
At a certain point you just can’t fit any more protein and carbs down. At 2x the cal density fats get pretty friendly. Plus, shits get so smooth.

That’s right! Chicken and rice will only get you so far...

Shit bro. Giving me a boner talkin like that. We should have another 10k eating challenge round here:)
Ill give yall a handicap of a cpl thousand cals to give ya a head start
I raked in over 13k that day and only stopped cuz i was bored with the options and spent a hundo on groceries that 1 day alone:D

Trying man. After the first 100lbs gained it comes real slow now. Always trying to find new strategies and learn from who who are where I want to be, like you and rutman
I rarely see this discussed, but sometimes the answer is a break.

Finish a blast and come off completely or hit a low dosage cruise. Slowly drop your caloric intake. Back off training a tad. Live “more normal.” After 4-6 months you’re at a fresh point to increase everything from dosages/compounds to calories to training volume and intensity. I think you’ll find the losses, if you do it correctly, are minimal and snap back within a few weeks.

IMO the only effective way to keep growing is in cycles, and I don’t mean just gear. Your body is amazing at adapting (IE densensitizing) to a stimulus, be it drugs, food, training, etc. thess guys that are on drugs, heavy training, and 6k cals of food literally all the time stall and have complications.

You added 100lbs to your frame. You’ve obviously got the tools, just need to reconsider application, maybe.

Thanks @Mac11wildcat that's actually pretty close to what I did this year. I came off everything for 11 weeks and pulled back food a bit as well as training intensity. Still trained but did a lot with DDPYOGA to help my body move better. I definitely rebuilt what I lost fairly quickly

I'm in. I have this week left in my training and then I'll get all sorts of fucking wild with the calories for the winter. I feel like 10k isn't too bad if it's not clean. After 3 months of upwards of 5k cleaning calories daily, I'm ready.

Nah its strongman style diet. Doesnt sound too bad but if you pick the wrong foods youll be stone walled at about 7k.
When i did 13k i set my alarm for 0100. The comp was 24 hrs long so i took advantage of the clock. No different than any serious regimen would require. Then i went back to bed to sleep on it. Wake up and hit it hard. Theres a serious prep to it. Cant just wing it. Brian Shaw does 10k a day and look how he does it. Sleep revolves around the meals

Brian Shaw is also a literal giant and his job is being strong. Some day...maybe.

I dont understand.
If u want to eat big the same applies whether your name is Brian Shaw or John Smith. If the training is on point the body can adapt to the food intake.
Ive done refeeds similar etc. The eating comp was just plain fun:)
The most winning olympian of all time Michael Phelps used to house i think 7-10k a day to support his energy output

No just commenting on the sleep revolving around food. I am also nowhere near large enough to need to use that method.

And yes, Phelps shoveled tons of cals and it wasn’t all “clean” *gasp*.

I remember reading something about Phelps and the runner dude, bolt, and how much McDonald's they would eat. It's was almost disgusting to read. I mean, if eat it though...

Also the amount of training required to be truly world class is insane. And this is not a subjective competition like BB. They have to win w/o doubt. Literally nations are sending their very best hand picked athletes to over throw you. Its so much pride involved. Alot of energy is spent. Much is needed to refuel

I read some of kurt angles book about his diet and training it took to win his medal and its makes you sick the amount of determination a human body can endure. Same goes for US special operations like Ranger school, seal training and marine recon. These are very special ppl and can undergo some unbelievably intense mind and body training to prove their worth. Things that cant quite be put in to words. Intense, mind over matter. Extremes of all angles

So what you're saying is deep down inside I am a national level athlete? Mcgangbangs for lunch I guess...

10k Cals, that's only like 1 xl pizza and a whole cheesecake from the factory .

Now if we are doing this with red meat and rice, things are gonna get a little more tricky. Pretty sure I could do it tho.
I wanted to be a professional eater when I was a junior in high school, @ a massive 155 lbs.
