Several months ago I fell off the wagon and started drinking too much beer left pic. Got the fire under my ass again and been at it for solid 3 months. Right pic thank God for muscle memory. No edits just blurred tats

I too love me some good beer...but you can definitely strike a balance. Welcome back.

I wish I could have a beer every once in a while (I love beer) but I cant . I lost that privilege a long time ago , if I drink I stop training & I stop eating right . Goodluck ;)

These people who think you can inject an oil or take a pill and look muscular/cut are full of shit. I worked my ass off to get to the pic on the right. I did fasted cardio on the weekends and also cardio on weekdays after my weight training. I watched my calories/carbs/fats. I wrote shit down and calculated everything that was consumed. So to those mother fuckers that think, “oh you take steroids so yeah that’s why you look like that”. Fuck those lazy motherfuckers. Shit still takes a lot of work. Sorry lately I’ve meet some people who preach that bullshit. Ok I’m off my soap box lol

To be honest, when I first started using AAS I assumed the same thing. I thought I could just do high reps low weight and get jacked as fucked, it turns out that wasnt the case at all. I'm actually struggling to gain weight at the moment even during the 16th day of my cycle.
