Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Just wanted to post since it put me in a good mood lol. So after 9 weeks of cruising and the diabetes stuff. About 12 days ago I decided to try something. I upped my test to 600 a week and npp 375 a week. Now take it I use to do 800-1000 test and 600 npp.
Longer story short I thought let me try a little blast 8 weeks low dosage and see how my
Blood sugar levels go. Well tonight I pulled a 98 after all my meals. Lowest I’ve had since I’ve been testing my sugar levels. Made me happy to see a number under 100. Leaning out but more cuts are coming in.

How long after your last meal did you test your blood sugar?

Ive never passed out lifting....must be a certain type that does....??
I never passed out lifting but came damn close. Most recent was a week ago when I finally made a 455lb pull for a single. After I dropped it I felt so damn lightheaded and saw stars, but held onto the rack's post till it subsided.

Bet people tend to pass out if they don't breathe properly during the exercise.

Thats what I always thought ....

What division?

It's my first time planning on competing but the plan is Men's BB, should be able to come in as a middleweight (176 ¼ lbs limit for MW).

At my height (5'6) classic's weight limit is 170 and I don't know if I will be able to make that since that's a pretty aggressive drop in weight from where I'm at now.

If you have any thoughts on division choice for a first-time show I would love to hear them. I had always heard physique or classic were more sensible choices for a first time due to slightly easier poses but making weight for CP might be tricky, and I don't believe I have the look for MP whatsoever. That was my thought process at least.

What are you weighing right now?

I think you can get to 170 easy by weigh ins. Especially after you dry out. Think about doing middleweight bodybuilding and classic... I think you could do good in both. Time to push it and get as shredded as possible the next 7 weeks! Be ready to rock 2 weeks out. You’re gonna do really good!

Thanks man, really appreciate your advice on this one.

Are you over or under 5’6? If over, you get 175.

I got to 176 for MW last year from a not sloppy 206...

Either way, judging from your photos you’ve got 170 in you without dying to do it. Just work and get that fat off.

As far as which division is best; that’s a question only you can answer. Which do you like better? What’s tour physique built for? Post some mandatories for us if you want some input. Otherwise, go with what feels right.
