Legs look considerably bigger while waist has been kept tight.. Vacuum has tightened up a lot looks world's better.. Obliques are starting to pop and your forearms look ready to explode my man great job..

I appreciate it. That’s 6 months worth of work. Little fluffy, but waist will come down even more when lean. I wear a 30 in jeans and I’m bulking which is good ig. My gf has competed twice now lol but I haven’t so definitely itching to.

I am guessing you are really tall (if 254 is stage weight in the picture and not off season)

I have no clue how you squeeze those over your thighs. 36 was getting uncomfortably tight over my legs a few years ago (before I started downsizing), and my legs look like thin sticks compared to yours.

Haha yea. I buy 30,34s lol. So the legs are huge but I’m a short fella so have to get them himmed to fit my ass lol.

I’m just shy of 6’3. I’m typically 285-290 offseason

I already mention on your back pics you posted before these about you fixing the left side dominance and it shows in these shots too.. Don't undersell it dude it's awesome progress with plenty of clear hard work behind it..
