I’ve lowered my carbs to half of what it was. My blood sugar levels are down. I’m not sure what my a1c is my endo in 2 weeks we will do more bloods. And also I’ve lowered my dosage on all my gear. I’m not over 600 on test and 375 on npp. Before I was found 1000 and 600
 
Quick update from me: fat burn is still taking place but slowly, finally got a good groove with refeed frequency (turned out they were pretty fucking important with how my diet is designed, clean refeeds though not cheat meals).

Still, have a lot more fat to burn but I think I can do it in time. I'm content with how things are going, I had a mild set back about 3-4 weeks ago that involved losing a week due to encephalitis (week spent in the hospital, fucking sucked).

Goodluck in your fatloss @weighted chinup . I too am down to the last 15lbs , the hardest of all . Ive waited a month , ready for a re-feed ! :confused:
 
I’m bipolar. First thing out of bed check-ins with my coach look like shit. Give me some food and water and everything changes drastically. Although I’ve fully accepted I have bigorexia....
You're a fucking manimal. Anytime you want to train lmk. Something tells me I would have a pump from hell if I hit the gym with you.
 
Im def not on the level of most of the guys in this forum but was proud of some changes i made over last three years, was gunna throw that pic up, then also managed to hit a milestone I was happy about in terms of arm size:) so gunna throw a little link to an arm measuring vid (i just basically started it right about at the measuring part:)

Well after being sick for 6 weeks and dropping nearly 20 pounds, taking nearly 3 weeks off, I just started back training last week. Had bronchitis, strep and pneumonia back to
back to back...It’s crazy how fast you lose it and how quick it starts to come back. I’ve went from 273 down to 252 this morning. Starting to slowly fill back out.

Man having to take 3 weeks off from training and losing 20lbs almost sent me off the edge... I hit chest and tri’s tonight and it was the first time I felt normal since early January.

I did eat super clean and went low carb while I was out and actually leaned out a good bit. But looking at everything on the positive side, the body’s well rested and primed up.

I was looking at doing a show at the end of May, but that’s totally out now. I’ll probably just take the rest of the year to fill in some gaps.

I guess I’ll just have to live through you while you prep for the show! Lol. Keep me motivated!
