Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Bicep and quad growth extremely pronounced. Were you on same diet protocol in both pics?

About as different as prep diets can be that deep into prep. Both photos 4 weeks out. Top was on salmon, cod, chicken, turkey, rice, greens. One shake a day.

Bottom is after a far better offseason, eating 1000cal more than the top, on 15m cardio less a day. Eating chicken, steak, eggs, rice, almonds, PB, cream of rice, preworkout muffin, and 3 shakes a day (periworkout and before bed).

Drugs roughly the same but with gH and insulin being used.

18 months apart. Practicing a routine 4 weeks out of respective shows in the same room.

You've got some the freakiest adductors I've seen in a long time. Makes for a killer look with the wide leg poses.

Great comparison pics. Gives an excellent visual representation of how one's look changes when adding true size. Almost everything grows some (target areas hopefully more) but in the end you are still you. Some people seem to think they'll look completely different for some reason.

Nope...tell people this all the time. Can’t control insertions, detail, etc. Can only
Make it bigger between the insertions.

The adductors def help; I don’t have to squeeze my legs together to cover the gap; look much wider on stage. Though my legs are too far apart here.

I just finished an offseason with this as a big part of the goal. Any questions let me know.

Thanks brother. Really just need to add size all around. Arms should come up with rest of body when I do. Will be running high frequency low/medium volume training hitting all body parts 2-3x/week.

That's genetics for you. Let's you focus on other areas while cruising on the genetically good parts.
Yup. But in all honesty I think they were straight up robbing me of gains elsewhere.

I don’t think most guys are willing to stop training their good parts to make weak ones grow. If I didn’t do so I wouldnt have progressed like I have. Anyone who has perfect balance naturally is a lucky bastard.

The calves ALWAYS betray them HAHAHAHA
