Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

MW will be a struggle for sure. We’ll see where I come in for the qualifier. So far...the scale hasn’t moved more than a lb either way in weeks but checkin photos are improving. If I can get below 190 there’s a shot...
New year, new prep, new coach so who knows? Typically at some point the weight drops come inconsistently and almost in a random fashion but that's typically later in the process.

At this point, with all the different/new factors involved in your program it's impossible to predict what will happen IMO. As long as you're at your best that's all that matters. Better to look 100% in the top 1/3rd of the light heavies than 75% in the middle weights. Keep grinding.

Yep. Will assess after we see how my qualifier goes.

But IMO it has to be a solid decision; keep digging and diving down, or try to maximize myself into LHW. Didn’t want this to be a problem but if it is, definitely has to be strategic. The national show I picked was for this reason...several days between weigh ins and the stage. Either way, Coach is running shit. I’m just executing. If we can do to MW what Lunsford did to LHW before his rise to stardom it’d make sense.

Key phrase.

Incredible genetics and entertaining but a crippling personality flaw in the form of an addictive personality and impulse control issues. He seems to be in a good place right now and surrounded by a successful support system.
He ruptured his bicep

He ruptured his bicep
I just saw that on YT. Not good regardless of the extent of the tear. I detached my left bicep (proximal at the shoulder insertion) about 7 years ago and also tore my rotator at the same time. The bicep never looks the same after that, no matter what you do.

Although, Dorian Yates and a few others were still able to be successful after bicep tears even though it looked pretty bad. I think Dexter Jackson had a partial bicep tear last year midway in the season. It looked weird (SEO use probably) for about 4 months.

Dex’s Arm was a mess last year...

Ain’t much, but 25 days back in the gym after recovering from my broken left wrist, seizure, acute liver failure and kidney failure several months back, was pretty surprised and happy with the results so far. One day off since 4/11.

4/11/19 - 188.2 lbs, 15.6% body fat

5/7/19 - 180.6 lbs, 11.2% body fat

*all numbers according to same digital scale at my local 24 and their handheld body fat measure device

Great work! How's the recovery been? That's a lot to go through at once, did they find the cause of the failures???

Got a good shape there man. Planning to compete?

Probably not this year brother. Want to add some more size first and continue to practice posing routines.

Also taking your advice and upping my protein to 2x body weight. I’ve been in a deficit the last few months and time ready to start bringing cals back up. Gonna start my taking Protein up by 60g and carbs by about 30g. I’ll be at 3,000 training and 2,500 non training which is about maintenance for me but should add some weight initially.
