Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I don’t have a clue to be honest. It was right at 20 at one time, but I haven’t put a tape on it in a while. Not really focusing on arm growth right now. Mainly shoulder width to balance everything out.
Nice, and about how they measure. It’s about how big they look. When’s the show?

Yeah, my legs stay really lean all year. I hold the majority in my upper body and back. Back looks like shit usually until about a month out. No detail at all....

I’m thinking I’ll probably be around 230 by the week of the show. Goal is to dry out as a heavyweight then have a good rebound for masters nationals next year and be a super heavy there.
 
Sitting at 251 tonight. I’m about 19 weeks out right now and going to start SLOWLY leaning out, with the goal to lose an average of 1lb a week, but mainly go by the mirror and progress pics, and hold on to all the muscle that I’ve gained this last year. Had my body fat checked a few weeks ago and I was 9.5%. Not too bad of a starting point.

Holy fuck! I just checked in at 9.8% (granted it might be off/high a little because of the measurement device) at 178 lbs a couple weeks ago and was stoked!

You’re at 9.5% at 251? Fuck now I feel fat, lol. And I was so stoked to be below 10%.

Anything 10% or under is pretty good brother! I still feel fat as hell right now. I hold all of my extra weight in my upper body. Legs stayed crazy lean all year. Being on vacation and planning on competing in about 18 weeks is crazy, but you gotta do what you gotta do... and killer food is everywhere around here!

I’ll be training in the mornings, then beach all day, and back to the gym for cardio at night. That’s the only way I can make it happen.

I dont even want to put my pics up but here it is; I'm on 250mg test e a week; 300-400 mg of masteron, and just started 50mg of drol daily 2 and a half weeks ago; this is 4 days after taking the drol(I know Im fat as fuck and bloated now). And this week I upp'd my gh dose to 4 iu a day since Im getting a lil pudgy; was taking 2.5iu of the Mauve Tops before.
