Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Lol the black guy looks like he didn’t even fucking prep.

The separation on your arms/ shoulder tie in is impressive man.
I think he was expecting to win the show. But I was told by judges (two IFBB pros) it was over the second I stepped on stage. He was getting VERY pushy during the posedown (it’s supposed to be fun and lighthearted, not angry) but fact of the matter is you can’t flex fat!

Thanks dude.

@Mac11wildcat is doing a fantastic job of showing what it takes to really have a shot at a pro card. You have to be able to walk into State or regional level qualifier shows not quite 100% and clean house. In most circumstances, if it takes your best to win a qualifier then you're in for a big disappointment at the national level.

That shows you're ready to step on the National stage and actually compete for the win. Stay focused and healthy Mac. You'll need every ounce of motivation and energy in the coming months.

Why do you say black guys have trouble with water retention?

Its a well known issue many high level guys (even pros) deal with. It's a genetic trait that seems to be an issue for most (not all). They have no issue getting lean but the lower layers of skin don't clear up as easily as other races do and its harder to dial them in to look really hard. They just look a little soft or even not quite in shape when that's not the case at all.

Brandon Curry talked about his struggles with that issue recently in an interview. Akim Williams was plagued by the same issue and lost to Juan Morel because of it a few weeks ago. I've seen it first hand with guys I've helped prep. It's just one of those things that requires a lot of work to get it right.

Shit man I had no idea about this...

Facts here, but the guy next to me was definitely not in shape from the waist down. Up top was mostly just watery, but waist down was just not there.

When I first saw him I said “fuck” to myself because from a distance he was fucking ROUND. then seeing him pump up it was clear he wasn’t in shape yet; no box to glutes, no hamstring detail, minimal quad separation. Dude has insane genetics. Round everywhere. Good proportions. Just didnt come expecting a challenge. Ruined his day for sure; he was MAD in the pose down (he was a HW)

After speaking with my coach he made it very clear this wasn’t anywhere near a full peak which has me excited as fuck.

We’ve got tons of time to make tiny tweaks for that final level of conditioning and polish on stage.

Guy definitely had a great structure, but he looked like he cut on 2 grams of test.

I know it's been a while but I was cruising for 18 months and came off, went to the doc cause I am trying to have another kid. Looking to get back on once the wife is knocked up and am worried about BP being high. When i was "cruising" it would occasionally be high like 138/80 85. What do some of you guys do to help regulate that?

I didn't come off to get my wife pregnant. I was on a Test, Tren, Mast cycle when I knocked her up. Now we are just waiting for our 2nd child to be born in 4 more months
