Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

@HGH have you or are you using insulin?
I’m the same height, but can not stay as lean at the heavier weights.
I have not really delved deep into HGH either.
Sorry to bug you lol just trying to break through a wall or two and trying to do the minimal for as long as possible in regards to “supplements”

Yes insulin is part of my offseason bulk, honestly I think when I started experimenting with insulin is when I broke through the barrier and got to the next level
I’m not saying go out and start using it by any means! It’s fucking dangerous and if you don’t know what you’re doing you can DIE.

Thanks, I’ve been focusing on bringing my chest and hamstrings up. Feel like my shoulders slightly overpower chest. Would like a little more width and thickness.

My hamstring are overpowered by quads particularly the side shots.

Looking at your pic and by all means I’m not criticizing you, you look fucking good! But your chest seems to be lagging? Which you know already as you pointed out. Your Delts are awesome and definitely over powering your pecs.
Everyone has some muscle that just doesn’t seem to keep up with others lol, mine has always been triceps. I have always had to work them harder to keep looking normal so to speak.
A good buddy of mine is the same as you, he started to focus on chest workouts twice weekly and it helped him fill out his pecs.

Thanks for the honest answer.
I’ve been reading up on it for a while now.
Trying to ask the right questions and get the information I need.
This isn’t something I am in immediate need to rush to.

4 weeks on, 4 weeks off for off season bulk

5-15iu rapid-acting insulin pre or post workout with 6-10g fast acting carbs/iu insulin consumed immediately after insulin administration

This type of protocol allows for sufficient time off, with moderate doses, to lead to maximal benefit with minimal adverse effects. Ideally, you’d be using a glucometer to measure your blood sugar to see how high and how low it gets with standardized insulin doses and carbohydrate amounts. This can allow you to consume the exact right number of carbohydrates to minimize fat gain.

Insulin is powerful tool in the physique athlete’s arsenal that should not be taken lightly. It has the potential for great benefits including supraphysiologic muscle growth, but also the potential to cause death if misused. If you’re unsure if insulin is for you, I highly recommend hiring a coach to work with you on reaching your goals.

*I started out with 5iu,8iu,12iu,15iu just to get used to it and get used to how I felt

* I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING THIS, DO YOUR RESEARCH, ASK PEOPLE WHO KNOW, HIRE A COACH

* Everyone reacts differently to meds, don’t make assumptions!

The roll of genetics is an interesting topic to me. Always has been. My back and legs just take to it. The other stuff requires alot of work and thought. My arms always kinda been stubborn as a dirty cunt. But anyway i been inactive for a year closing some financial/job related stuff out to make a better future for my family. Now im back and been training a month. Not on any gear or supplements for over a year. Just been training again close to 4 wks now. Clear as day what genetics look like. Lol, wish my arms did the same!

Cunt hair shy of 6'2
