I cuda gotten bigger if i wuda upped the gh to 2-3 iu's an been more on point with my diet which has been lackin lately but yet again life gets in the way sometimes. I hurt my arm the 2nd month i was into my cycle smh, puttin me out for over a month:(... Ive recently required one of the most beatiful women on planet earth lol. Ive truly been blessed with this one. Ill pm ya soon:D Miss ya big bro an hope all has been well in your neck of the woods my friend;):cool:

Through all the bs ive been dealin with these las few years, ive actually stayed pretty consistent on training. Sure is one hellova good outlet to stress....

Dang I take a some years off from lifting serious and now back in the game and running gear...and look at all these OGs still here i notice with the recent post..makes me smile.

I know I’m not nearly even close to being big yet but I just want to post for accountability.
Went from 123 lbs in January 2016 to 167 this morning at 5’6. Double bicep pic is from a few weeks ago, but I’m really hoping this cycle can kick start some more gains. Here’s to some good gains the next few months

1st pic was 10/4, 6 weeks before rupturing my right patellar tendon. 2nd pic is from yesterday, 8 weeks after patella reattachment surgery. Last pic was 3 days after rupturing, 11/21

Well your knee got bigger. :)

You'll be fine. Most of us have had some sort of injury related set back. It's a long term game. Took me about 1 year total time to be 100% from my same side/same time bicep and rotator tears/ surgeries.

Heal up correctly, do the work then you'll be back 110%.
 
Here’s a little “before and current”. I lifted weights for years and built a decent base, then got into running. I wasted away the muscle I built trying to get faster. I finally got tired of being scrawny and missed lifting, so I’ve started back. I got back to my pre-running physique really fast, and added about 10 pounds on top of it. I’m about 190lbs in the first pic and 223 in the second. I plan to slow bulk until I hit about 240, then do my first ever real “cut”.
