Nowhere near the biggest or most shredded, hell I barely know anything about training for hypertrophy. Haven't been active in awhile, been cruising on test and slowly ramping up my Gh dose over the last few months. Now I'm ready to start my blast, wanted to post a current pic for accountability. Never focused on aesthetics but I'm open to criticism, my wide waist and high traps give me a boxy appearance. Might put a little effort into bringing my shoulders and arms up, never done curls in my life. My primary goals are high strength to bodyweight ratio, flexibility and athleticism, and cardio function.
