Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I see a lot of guys struggling with "the life" right now and are benched from injuries, health/life issues or struggling to stay with it. I just want to say, keep your heads up and you'll be back.

There is nothing this lifestyle provides, at any level of success, that is worth degrading the quality of your life/health permanently. So enjoy the downtime fellas and don't beat yourself up too bad about it.

Well said.

Hope you make a full recovery! You're one of the good ones on here.

Thank you very much for the kind words! I haven’t gone under the knife, no have I had a MRI...but experience and knowing the body tells me that I have a rotator cuff / labrum issue along with a partially torn bicep tendon.

I’m stubborn like a mule and I continue to “lift around” the injuries. Not wise on my part And I’m likely compounding the problem. But again...we men are stubborn AF sometimes.

I’ll dig up a pic of my current physique. My workouts and my diet have been way off the mark and I’m down about 8lbs. Still hanging in there though...

Me too. I've always been heavier than I look. Even the carnies who guess your weight were usually 30-40lbs off when they'd guess mine.
In my case my guess it must be because I have massive legs, and people usually only look above the waist (I myself am guilty of that).
