Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Wow, that is a lot or progress over 4-5 months. To what do you attribute the change?
Multiple things. I hired a good coach. I stopped being a half ass bodybuilder. I don’t miss now.

And I switched to high volume. I’ve always admired the jp of the bodybuilding world, but I understand sometimes the incredibly low volume isn’t for everyone. I appreciate the kind words.

Interesting. I lean towards the lower volume end but not as low as Dorian Yates (2 all out sets) or Mentzer (1 all out set).

As a general rule once warmed up I try and do 3 high intensity sets on a particular exercise. So 2 warm up for say wide grip rows, the 3 working. 3 working for low grip rows. However I do go 4 working sets on wide grip pulldown. Then 3 narrow.
