Why is optitropin HGH so much cheaper than alternatives (but still has good reviews)?

Hi everyone! I was thinking of buying some optitropin HGH (underground thread), but I'm surprised at how much cheaper it seems to vs many alternatives (eg ultima). The optitropin is ~$120 for 100 IUs, vs ~$400 for other brands on steroidify or osgear. However, opti still seems to have consistently good reviews on the thread. Is this just a difference in pricing for pharma grade vs pretty-good grade, or something else?
