From what I see by reading this report is that the guy repeatedly kept injecting himself in both glutes. Now,, this is the thing,, if the gear is contaminated,,, then you are going to know about it after the first injection. There will be obvious PIP, pain, a lump, itchiness etc. These symptons here,,, are all your red flags. What do you do when you encounter a red flag? You stop injecting. Plain and simple. Although you can experiment further by maybe injecting into the delt to see if a different muscle helps,,, but very likely,, you will encounter the same red flags. This guy must of encountered those red flags. But what did he do? He kept on injecting into the same muscle groups,, as stated under the heading 'Case Presentation'. So this bullshit surgery was brought upon himself for ignoring those red flags. Point being,, if you encounter unusual pain or a lump,, then try injecting into a different muscle. If that unusual pain and lump appear in that different muscle,, then bring up the issue with your rep. Chances are,, numerous people are encountering the same thing from the same lab. If your rep doesn't help you out,, then switch labs.
