Why?

Is it the time it takes to get LE attention, controlled buys, wiretapping warrants, investigation, etc for low priority drugs?

Maybe to let them get established so they have a large sum of cash to seize idk.

every investigation takes time, I think 2 years it is about the time frame for them to gather evidence, the long they watch you and gather evidence the better case the prosecution has in the court.

Every few years is about correct,this i say i knew the guys on a personal level all went down,hulk,big d.matrix,some other early brand 2 to 3 years on average,reason is they get very famous on these boards thats what brings all the attentiin.

I don't know how accurate it is that Sources get busted every 2 years. most of the guys I know have been in business for 10-20 years.

Private sources fair much better. They do the kind of volume that they want to do and leave it at that. Get greedy and things may not work out for you.

Things occurring in September is really common in government departments who need to show results before the close of a fiscal year.

Well there arw a lot of reasons why it happens but the ones that get busted after about 2 years are growing to fast so they cant hide well or they advertise too openly.

Then it takes the feds about a year to collect enough evidence to make sure everyone gets convicted and they have enough evidence on everyone involved.

Next thing is timing.
A) they time it (as already said) shortly before budget reviews

B) they have multiple cases so they wait till a couple stack up so they can hit them all within a small time frame. Bc they know once they start busting in doors sources can go dark fast. So they usualĺy hit within a week or two all of the sources they have been investigating.

Another reason is they use legitimate pharmaceutical companies names like dumb ass musclehead and the dea gets involved very quickly.
