LOL, funny he brings that up. One of the urologists pointed out he was at a conference where it was brought up that didn't have any cases of Viagra indiced priapism (though it can trigger sickle cell priapism).
The biggest problem *is* embarrassment and ignorance of the serious consequences. Guys who spend lots of time riding bicycles can get injuries inducing priapism, and they often try to wait it out, ending up with permanent ED or worse.
As far as the melanin changes, maybe. When I started using MT as an aphrodisiac, people I hadn't seen for a few months were commenting on how "healthy" I looked, but clearly couldn't put their finger on it.
(supposedly antioxidants in fruits and vegetables can induce a similar change in melanin, and we've evolved to pick that up subconsciously as a "health" signal).
I know my darkened irises, moles and birthmark faded after about 6 months of not using it, so not all effects are permanent.
