Will I gain any weight starting a cycle in a huge deficit?

I have been cruising for over 2 years on 250mg Test. I’ve lost weight (lots of muscle too) and am in a calorie deficit. I plan on starting my blast with 250mg Test / 200mg Tren / 20mg Superdrol.

My question is, will I gain any weight from starting this blast specifically from superdrol? I am in a 1000 calorie deficit using semaglutide. It’s physically impossible to gain weight in a huge calorie deficit especially using all dry compounds…right? Or am I wrong with this.

My cruise has been 250mg Test so I shouldn’t gain any additional water weight from the Test.
 
Maybe some water. What a waste of a cycle. Have you had any blood work done after two years of 250 test?

I’ve gotten bloodwork multiple times from my primary doc and all levels were normal. I can’t get bloodwork myself because I need a prescription in my state.

What's your actual body goal? You won't be an unit if you keep going from grams to 200mg between cycles, all professional bodybuilders I know are on at least 500mg of test during cruise, it's all you need to retain mass, strength and some fullness, plus it's mild on the health.

But don't be dumb, superdrol is useless in your case.
 
What actually is your goal here? Putting muscle on in a 1000 cal deficit while taking Sema and very mild dosages of anabolics???
Goal is to lose all the body fat I gained and gain back some of the muscle that I lost. A recomp. At a minimum I would like to just retain the muscle I have and lose the body fat but I figured with what I read about Tren and my experiences, it’s great at recomping and adding some muscle in a deficit.

You're not going to gain muscle, or even recomp, in a 1000 cal deficit.

You should be able to retain the muscle you have, if you make your 1000 calorie deficit, 500 actual food calories and 500 step calories. Of course your training and diet need to be on point.

Why not just run the Test and Tren until you are at your "goal" body fat, take a 8-12 week health phase then do a proper muscle gaining phase?

tren might allow you to put some size on even in a 1000 calorie deficit atleast in my experience. training and nutrition and recovery has to be on point. the size is marginally lower than what you could get on a bulk, i dont get running tren and orals on a cut at all if you're not going to compete
 
I once blasted 500mg test a week with a very high calorie deficit and kept protein quite high (350 - 400 grams a day) and 60 carbs pre workout only. Had 2 added fat days a week and I recomped quite nicely in 8 weeks. Keep the training intensity high and you'll be good to go imo
 
I don’t think if you are on a deficit you will grow. It just gives the appearance since you look larger without fat. Dry compound wet compound who cares— a deficit is a deficit. You can maintain muscle and not experience as much catabolism.
Honestly I see no point in adding an oral instead of masteron or something like this.just going to damage health to “be dry” or whatever and not actually add any tissue. If you want a new body composition, just cut and then bulk slowly after then you will have more muscle at a lower body weight…
 
I would run that cycle in caloric maintenance mode at the very minimum, a small surplus (200-300 cal) will probably recomp you even better with all that tren.
 
I'm not expert but I did do a pretty good recomp last year... you have got to be at maintenance or a little above especially on training days. Your caloric intake is always needed to be adjusted based on your transition of body composition..
I'm my opinion a true body recomp takes an unwavering dedication to all 3 aspects (diet/training/drugs) nothing else in life matters. timing of meals(carbs and proteins at the optimal times) drug regiments at optimal times.. I enlisted the help of a coach and the details were deep. I may be wrong but at 1000 calorie defiet I'd think you'd have a little bit of catobolism, but you'd get lean quick!! Good luck and fucking get after it..

Wouldn’t he still regain muscle through muscle memory even at a caloric deficit?
 
I’m thinking of a scenario where someone completely stops training, loses muscles and gains fat. Then goes back on cycle, starts training and eating in a strong calorie deficit to lose the fat; would he still regain the lost muscle in this case?

it all really depends on the muscle protein synthesis and how many drugs you're taking to fight off the catabolism ehh, if you're only getting 40g protein synthesis and you need 45g to retain muscle mass you're losing muscle. if you get 50g and your catabolism is eating more than the 5g is building you're losing. the answer is found in studies already, up the protein or anabolics and you can go into a deeper deficit until you find the limit.
 
If you lost the muscle from being out of the gym, I'd skip the superdrol. Cut the tren in half until you get to a reasonable body fat while recomping.

I did something similar before while on a slight deficit. I did lose fat, gain muscle, and stay a similar weight. Looking back I should have done it with higher calories, but I was new. IMO, save the extra drugs for a lean bulk.
