Will Power PCT Help Me?

I am now working with Defy Medical, and they are putting me on an extended Clomid course with blood tests throughout.

Obviously, Clomid doesn't seem to help my Libido issues, but here is to hoping for the best.

If Clomid does not work, we will try HCG than TRT.

Thanks for the update!

Update:

I got some bloodwork to check the status of my clomid / nolva PCT. I have been off of the HCG for several weeks now:

Testosterone Serum: 888 (range 348-1197)
Cortisol: 25 (range 2.3-11.9)
LH: 6.4 (range 1.7-8.6)
FSH: 3.4 (range 1.5-12.4)
Estradoil: 41 (range 7.5-42.6)
Prolactin: 9.4 (range 1.5-15.2)

Any interpretation on these? I was surprised to see my testosterone is still high from the SERMs even though my libido dropped off after discontinuing the HCG. The prolactin was one I was suggested to get, but came back in range. Could it be the cortisol causing me issues? How do you reduce it?

I'm glad you finally got a doctor, that's the way to go.

Not to discourage you but Clomid might not work, but they are doing the right procedure.
If they switch to HCG, and your you see your doc doesn't prescribe any Aromatase Inhibitor, ask him if your borderline-high Estradiol levels will shoot even higher on HCG (most likely they will), as not many doctors do and you'll be left with high E2 until the next bloodwork.

I don't believe for one second that HCG and AI use long term can be effectively managed.

The vast majority of people who have libido issues either used trenbolone or propecia and have damaged androgen receptors, or they are depressed or have some other psychiatric condition of unknown etiology.

Clomid works for the vast majority of people. We've got Androxal studies to prove it, and 40 years of porn stars using it to bust huge loads.

There is a very good chance Clomid will work. Hopefully, the OP's problem is androgen receptor downregulation, which comes back in time. I hit the trenbolone hard one year - probably on 8 out of 12 months. I could fuck after, but I didn't get the raw desire back for 5-6 months.

While HCG can be managed long-term

Testosterone / Estradiol is only one possible reason for ED
I suspect it's either some kind of androgen receptor downregulation and/or less DHT production or sensitivity.
70s, 80s pro BBers used MASSIVE dosages, with no ED.
Although they used other steroids, virtually no Test, so I suspect recent widespread T usage has to do with ED.

BTW Pornstars also use HCG, some even HMG
Some complain Clomid makes them moody

I would not be surprised if my missing libido was related to my tren use. I used injectable tren, oral tren, and even transdermal variations from time to time. My libido was like a rockstar on it, though.

The biggest issue here, is that It's been going on 2 years clean with no libido return :(

EDIT: As for the libido issues, I am capable of getting an erection - but have 0 mental "sex drive". The libido is all gone. But the hardware works.

When I cycled this would happen for 2-3 weeks after starting PCT, but this time after blast and cruise it never came back.

Doc at Defy says I am looking good hormonally thus far though.

Yes it should shutdown
so either

A OP's HCG was fake
B too tiny doses were used
C OP has an LH/FSH producing pituitary tumor
The HCG passed a preg test, so I was also surprised I didn't appear shut down.
The dosages I was using was 1500-2000 iu EoD according to Dr. Scally's protocol in the anabolics book. It did increase my libido a ton.

I've read this so many times over the years, it's sickening. I am convinced that a significant minority of users have this problem, similar to propecia users.

For propecia users, if it does come back it takes like 5 years.

But I have been there. It took me 6 months to totally recover. I've never touched tren since. At this point, I'd like to stay clean permanently, but we all know how that works out.

Wait, I thought nothing helped with your libido?

Does not compute.
