You figure it out dumbass. My problems on this board started 2 years ago when @CensoredBoardsSuck and @Docd187123 accused me of being a shill for not wanting to run off every source that showed up before we even knew them.

The board is a better place now we have sources. No credit to the old school run off every source.

I'm still tryin to figure out how to source here...
I've been a member then a source now I'm fuckin stuck in this fuckin corner over here feeling like I just got my wallet stolen 3 days ago and just finding out now o_O

I agree. What I grown accustomed to doing is clicking on the name and looking at join date. That to me helps gauge a members credibility. A 2016 well known isn't the same as a 2003 well known.

Maybe just have the join date right under the status so that there's more information immediately apparent.

I obviously disagree @jaymaximus when I first got here I used to pay attention to the status. Then I became a well known member and realized the criteria for being one was too lenient.

I then started clicking into names and paying attention to actual join dates as opposed to just status.
 
Also I'll add the new members and lurkers DO give the titles a lot of value.

The people that have been around awhile figure out they don't mean shit of course. But the people that are SEEKING advice do put a lot of weight into what people's status are.

I mean shit this is a HARM REDUCTION forum, this whole thing should be about sharing the knowledge to the people who are here to learn it, not feeding the egos of the ones that are already competent.

Yea but you're not gonna @CdnGuy someone's post history to see what they're contributing. At least with the status and the join date, maybe even factor in their posts to like ratio and you can at least get an idea.
