The point of my post was to simply point out the common hypocrisy of commuters. Since SOOOO many complain and complain about how terrible drivers are in this day and age then go out and partake in said terrible activities makes YOU part of the problem.

These are just my common observations. Not based on scientific data or anything. Just 1.2 million miles of making observations every second of my damn day. The average person would need to be 100 yrs old to equal my experience out here and thats just counting what i already DID. Not yet to DO. Most ppl are so stuck in their ways they couldnt recognize an asshole if they looked in the mirror. But have the courage to point out others mistakes.

If folks just did what their supposed to do it wouldnt be like it is. But their not changing. Sure i make mistakes im not immune. But im piloting 80,000 lbs of chrome and steel with a TON of blind spots you couldnt possibly understand. Dealing with ppl that dont respect me or my immense size or ppl that dont even want me around. The DOT, the federal govt, insurance rates and deadlines to meet. But yet i can do it safely mile after mile and mostly with respect.

Yeah I can't blame someone if I am hauling ass or splitting, etc... I'm talking if I'm just driving to gym or work people are morons. If I'm acting like an idiot and something happens it's on me. I will say it has actually made me more clam driving car now. People not realize the shit you are in if you wreck your car even at 65. Very eye opening but I hear you on that. Its why I stopped riding in groups just a bunch of idiots doing dumb stuff

I cant imagine man the amount of times I see people dart in front and slow down of truckers people just don't understand it man... I had to explain to someone driving the other day how do you expect the trucker to see you if you can't even see their mirrors!!! Always respect the drivers especially seeing them maneuver in cities. Alright sorry my rant is over.. back to work

Solid member as always WP. It was @gr8whitetrukker that brought me into the light in realizing it's easy to spot the members here to learn and or teach. But I think your avi is great and well deserved. The forum "life" is something that has to be learned too. Easy to get sucked in to the bullshit drama and miss out on the good things available here. But i can still front squat and i can still bent barbell row 335 for my working sets

Just curious as to what kind of things you do to prevent damage from the hours behind the wheel.
Sit a certain ways? Stretch? Any exercises to focus on or avoid?

I throw caution to the wind everyday and lift like im running for the olympia top 10.
Getting stronger seems to help

Members deservedly like to be rewarded and recognized for their contributions. The status awards are an attempt to do that but reflect a flawed system. It would be great if MESO had an algorithm that could recognize quality contributions. But it doesn't. As such, the status titles are largely meaningless.

Obviously, the current status titles are being abused to manipulate sources. This is one harm. But their are others too such as newbies relying solely on status to determine expertise and quality of advice.

Given this, is NO status title system better than a flawed one?

I don't know if it's too late to chime in. I'll give my $0.02 anyways..

A positive/negative system would be the best, in my opinion. Start at zero, for every like, you go +1, a dislike and its -1. That way when you get shills and trolls, they will all be negative. You could even give people that are negative a, "Do not trust" tagline after their name!
