I see you're taking 10mg per day. My wife likes 20. But you should probly feel it similar to her.

You should start feeling the pumps and have a slight strength increase towards the end of the second week. The libido kicks in real good in week three

Is this the second week of starting 10mg or second week from starting 5mg. I've upped my training today so will be doing alot more than before. I'll come back in 2 weeks as I don't think I'll see a change till I'm into my second week of taking 10mg.

Should notice after upping to ten mg a day. My wife likes twenty mg per day but she used to feel it quite a bit at ten also.

Edit: What supplier did the anavar come from? Did you labmax it to make sure it was anavar?

I bought it from a suppliment shop the fella let me down its alpha pharmacy one no I wouldn't know where to do it

Did your wife not have any sides with 20?! I wouldn't go over 10

She gets a little increased agitation but she enjoys this during her workouts. Also slight voice cracking and a little more swelling of her lady parts (she REALLY likes this part:rolleyes::D) but they go back to normal once anavar is discontinued during time off between cycles. Each person will be different and must determine their own limits. If you decide to increase and notice sides you don't like, just discontinue use and they will subside
