Are you tracking your calories , and maybe too much salt , eat organic if you can , anyway's wish you well I'm not here to preach to you how to live , at the end of the day it's your choice , love and miracle's for you sister xoxo
 
Yes try watching sodium and up water see what the next few days bring. Also are you expecting your "friend" soon? Not to be rude but don't women get bloat from that also.

Real anavar very expensive to make most ugl sluff off winny or dbol or a mix saying it's anavar unless your getting from a doctor who the hell knows what you are popping , none of this shit is regulated and you are very lucky if you got the real stuff

I dont know how true this is anymore. I have prescribed var and ugl. And they have been comparable. Except pcom which seemed like utter shit. 2 other ugl have been good for me tho. Pharm grade is just way too pricy
 
Send me some haha just kidding, if your in Canada get blood work done tell the doc what you take and see what they find , lots of guys monitor there blood it is really important anyway my doc is cool my test is 7 times a normal man's but I keep an eye on my cholesterol and estrogen rbc , anyway have a great christmas take care

I have read that a lot of women bloat when they use anavar. My wife happens to be one that gets bloated. When you finish, the bloat will go away. If the water retention is too bad you may be taking in too many carbs or sodium may be high
 
A good probiotic helps as well flatten the stomach feed the good bacteria and starve out the bad bacteria , sometimes over training Jacks up cortisol and caffeine don't help , this makes it tough to lean out as well , lots of sleep and rest days between workouts pays in the long run , muscle grows when resting and the body will be less stressed going into the next workout making for better intensity and power and gains
 
Feeling more of a pump when I'm in the gym[emoji123] lifting more after a while.. was taking half about 9 in the mornibg and same 9 at night but should I be taking the second one about 5? 11 hours or 12 is too long for half life isn't it
