No, it would not be necessary. Females do not need to run a test base. At least not to my knowledge.
That's what I thought. I remember reading about women running tren only.

How much are you eating?I agree. No, it wouldn't be my last cycle. I am really not going to run all three together. I am just not comfortable with that. However, I would like to get as much on as I can in the few weeks I have left.
You have in many ways spiraled out of control... Your AAS usage is reckless, at best... Now it's tren? Fuck, primo, var and test. prop. weren't enough?I know that tren is 5x more androgenic and anabolic than test. However, I have found a few sources online where women have used it with great results and tolerated sides. I also read that it binds to female hormone receptors in simpler terms than test and should actually be chosen over test.
So my question is, are there any females here with experience in its use or men that have personal experience with a female that has used it.
Thanks!

You were reckless by not testing your primo or anavar, and going with an UGL over pharma.. Now this...
As you know, I've provided a lot of help to you in private, trying to make you as safe as possible. This has just gone too far. I think your training must be lacking, as EVERY female I know has responded from var and test. prop., every one of them!
Is this REALLY worth it? Are you REALLY training as properly as you think you are? Is your diet REALLY in check? I doubt it, truly.
Please note, the sides are irreversible. When you have evolved into a hormonal/transgender nightmare, please remember I told you not to do this.
Then please, consider not using it. The more androgenic the compound it is, the more women should stay away. This is why primo, var and winny are suitable for you. This is why I'm asking! I completely respect your thoughts an help and never meant any disrespect. This is why I'm not blindly following what this coach is telling me. I'm here to learn more, not be reckless. No, it would not be worth it.
You should be eating over 3,200 I would say at least 4,500 calories a day... Maybe a little more.7 meals a day. Over 3200 calories. 3200 is my maintenance. And clean calories.
If it works like progesterone, I actually feel better with higher levels. It's when they drop and my estrogen is higher up that I'm pissed off. I shouldn't have to worry about babies anyways.
Diet looks good to me. I am SHOCKED by her pressuring to do so many drugs, it really makes me question her knowledge.Absolutely. I am also trying to understand why she is pushing me into so many compounds. I know test was pushing it but I have honestly felt great on it. let me see if I can upload from fitness pal as I have had to track diet for my nutrition minor classes.
Basically carbs in every meal except dinner and my protein before bed.
Carbs consist of sweet potatoes, Ezekiel, brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal
Protein: eggs, mostly whites, chicken breast-lots of them, ground beef-lean
Fats: coconut oil, mufa, nuts, almond butter.
I try to stay away from shakes/bars unless I can't eat at the moment I'll use it to hold me over.
Training is (per my coach) one body part per day to exhaustion. Heavy sets, low reps (5-6), however I do throw in finishing sets of lighter weight until failure. Legs 2x a week. Cardio 3x a week, HIIT.
Test is EOD at 25mg
Primo E5D at 100mg
I'm 5'9 and pushing 190lbs. Profile pic is current. I can throw more up tonight. I'm trying to compete by June in WP.
It can help if it's mixed in, but not a staple IMO. However, your coach should be tailoring it to what YOU'RE responding to. 9/10 people will respond best to variety, IMO, rather than just one method.I don't like doing failure training in a bulk, but I'm a skinny guy naturally. It takes a lot for me to walk around at 230+.
I agree with this, you won't respond the same way as say she would. It sounds like your coach is Boston loyd to me lol.It can help if it's mixed in, but not a staple IMO. YesYou are bulking right?
When's your show and what weight are you trying to be at?I don't understand either...
I have responded well. Arm progress is at a year. I just hit 16"
She is pushing me for a show that I want to do.
I feel like how I train is working for me. I do switch things up, but, that's because I get bored.
