Lol this girl sounds like a trip... sorry I'm not trying to bash on her I'm sure she looks good.

I don't agree with all the stuff, but I think you are big enough right now. I would stay on what you are on till march then cut. I wouldn't add more gear to gain more size I guess is what I'm saying.
 
I have a feeling your coach is using you as a test dummy. Drugs are not magic! It takes time to sculpt and build a human body. More importantly it takes extreme dedication and consistency to achieve (not questioning your work ethic). Just saying maybe your coach is putting to high of expectations on the drugs and that's an issue.

Don't rush to reach your goals because most people get sloppy and screw up when doing so. Keep working and give your body the time it needs to properly achieve
 
@HolRog28 you should be very proud of your progress as you approach your show, seriously. There's guys on here that join who want to start running cycles and yet "can't" eat as many calories as you're eating or train like you appear to be training. Well done.

I guess sometimes I think "I would be such a badass if that worked!"
But I do know the risk isn't worth it. I have worked my ass off this past year. I cut down from 175lbs to 151 then have bulked up to almost 190.
Part of that time I was restricted from compound lifts. No squats from June until 11 weeks ago. Came back at squatting more than I could before at 135. I got 225 two weeks ago. Which was insane for me. Still working on getting back to dl's.

But I have been dedicated almost to the point of a flaw but it has kept me sane in a year of chaos.

I have forced food down when I was on meds that secondarily suppressed appetite. I would gag it down just to get the calories. I train hard and I eat right. My minor is in nutrition. I'm currently enrolled in sports nutrition. So hopefully I can expand my knowledge even more.

Keep it up, you are doing good that's for sure. It just takes time no matter the gear you are on, like I said if you ain't ready for that show you will have plenty of time for another.

Read through this thread and for what its worth I think your coach should be replaced.
You have made awesome progress as your photo timeline shows. Upper body development looks great! Legs will need work before the June show. Mostly to show more definition. You should be really proud of what you have achieved.
Your maintanance calories at 3200 sounds right so 4000-4200 to grow will work.
Now take a big breath and slow down on the aas.
There are a few of us that have wives that either cycle or cruise for various reasons.
From the photos you appear to be fairly young, I don't recall seeing your age, at any rate what your coach is advising you to do is absolutely wrong. Period.
These drugs/hormones are able to fuck you up for the remainder of your life. You pointed out in the last post how you want to remain feminine. That will not be the case if you continue down this road.
What total test number are you at currently? Cuz 25 mg EOD is a pretty high dose for females.
Have you had any of the typical sides cuz if your test is any good you should have thinning hair on your head, unwanted hair most everywhere else, a noticeably deeper voice and a seriously enlarged uh...well u know.
If you were much much farther down the road developmentally and possibly competing at a ms olympia level the possibilities of combos or harsh compounds could be addressed.
Please listen to these guys and eat a bunch lift heavy shit and stay looking good like a woman. Look back in time to women like Cory Everson. Your coach should know her if your coach was any body back then. You look fantastic now...put a lil more on the legs then like you want cut it back...you'll be awesome and still be a woman.

Yes, legs need a lot of work. I'm part Pacific Islander... We all tend to hold a lot of weight there, but, we are also genetically built to be big. So at least I have that going for me. I just recently bumped up to 25mg but after speaking with my husband last night I'm dropping back. He's not knowledgeable in aas at all but listened to me rant, lol. My hair has been fine, no crazy hair growth or enlarged areas. At least nothing that has freaked my husband out or that he has had any complaints about. I wouldn't say my voice has really deepened as much as it is raspy. I'm still young, almost to my 30's. This is my 8th week on test. I'm going to drop it back and come off but stay on primo.
