Workout routine thoughts? solid?

This is the most brosciency crap program I've seen in a while there are plenty of well laid out programs even written up by memebers here let alone out there in the world. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with a terrible design? Also if compounds are being put on the same level as isolation to the fricken biceps you got some readin to do
 
Day 1 - curls
Day 2 - hammer curls
Day 3 - reverse curls
Day 4 - cable curls
Day 5 - alternating curls
Day 6 - legs, Chest, back, calves, abs, cardio
Day 7 - rest

Jesus how long do you spend in the gym?

No real input..... except maybe try doing dips, but put your feet out in front of you and let your elbows flare a bit. Works lower chest pretty well.

Two weeks in this no routine and my lower pecs are crisp! That's the goal, Isolate what's lacking and perfect it, and it is working. Hate all you like but every routine I've made so far has brought on an excellent return in gains. Biceps? I'm an ectomorph motherfucker with orangutan arms that hang down to my knees! I Put 18in biceps on these lanky arms and I know for a fact a year of AAS and I will be over 20in and look like I have calves/legs for arms. My routines have all been built on days of planning and experimenting to perfect them for me, and solely me

Between 1hour-2hours, that's with stretching and an occasional cardio warmup. Thanks for the Tip though!

I'm sorry bro but you are going to see nothing from this work out you have going on!

I was working out my legs 3 times a week and my arms were growing like crazy you need balance pin pointing shit out and change it to cover your imbalance

doing a "cycle" of bicep exercises is not going to do you any thing but waste your time. This isn't a step forward this is going back dude.
 
Why not do triceps on chest day? Don't they kind of go together? I always see guys doing bis and tris on the same day and I just want to understand why.
