Worst story you witnessed health wise of steroid users?

I have been around guys who did abuse gear recreationally and to compete, none died from any diseases caused by steroids yet. They used every available even vet grade anabolics except gh and slin.
However, most of guys do not push the envelope like the pros and do not walk immensely overweight even if it's muscles.
Worse I've seen is a buddy of mine getting jaundice since he still goes drinking with us even though he was doing zambon winstrol.

I whole heartedly agree. It's been a good run. I know that balloon payment draws near with every passing day.
I want to hate you for this statement but I believe what you say is true.
I keep telling myself I will stop or at least only do true TRT doses and yet I find myself in the same spot as always.

Considering myself a part of or close follower of the bodybuilding industry and bodybuilding myself, unfortunately quite a few, bostin loyd was my coach when he past from an aortic rupture. But the deaths I’ve seen are from guys 250+lbs so what I consider real bodybuilders, yeah If you’re just one of the guys on me who cycles and never breaks 220lbs I’m sure you’ll be fine, then again I have no clue why they’re on steroids in the first place, that’s obtainable natural

While not directly steroids, the medical science is pretty clear that the bigger you are in general, the shorter your life expectancy will be and the more years of your life will be spent with health issues. Given that guys take steroids to get unnaturally bigger, it seems obvious steroids will shorten your life expectancy, if not by their side effects (many of which can be mitigated) then at the very least by facilitating the achievement of an unnatural body size.

No. Not that gave him kidneys failure. It was after he used that ped. He took too much instead of what he should took
The heart problem was something genetic in his case. His father had the same thing but treated that problem

I think that could have been the final blow. But BP over 180 over a prolonged period of time can cause serious damage
I looked at almost every video of him when he was invited by Leo and he didn't go to doctor or took his blood pressure because he knew that it will be bad.
That's something that we can learn from and took some care even if we took aas and we do some damage on our health but at least avoid what you can

Not the worst, but embarrassing.

The super bad stuff usually takes some time to occur and can be avoided with bloodwork and some common sense harm reduction.
Blood pressure can become problematic, which can (over time) lead to kidney injury. Blood lipids can get fucked. Left ventricular hypertrophy can occur. Heart attack, stroke, liver and kidney toxicity, and even neurotoxicity from the dopaminergic action of some compounds.
Even as a diehard pussy myself, I am not worried about those, per se. I know they're possible consequence, so I get my bloodwork done regularly and keep an eye on my blood pressure and heart rate.
Most people, at least starting out, are not aware of the risk of complication from bad injection technique. Shower, alcohol swab, then inject. An epidermal cell that gets mechanically shoved into the intramuscular layer will become an epidermoid cyst, which can be a real problem. You can also simply inject pathogenic bacteria -- perfectly harmless while on the outside of your skin, but very much a problem once they're inside you.
The other one that I have seen at least twice is behavioral changes from tren that caused serious relationship and legal trouble. Roid rage is a lot like reefer madness in being overblown. The exception is that some (not all) people have a very strong, negative reaction to tren and they can become violent or at least highly volatile.
Otherwise, your hair will leave and your balls will shut off, maybe for good.
