Yes because your body has to expend energy to warm it to body temperature. It's not a game changer or anything, just one of a series of small tricks that can help.
Oooh ok that makes sense.

I disagree with 280 being too big to cycle. I ran a test cycle at 315 and lost 20 pounds of fat and have more muscle and am stronger at the end of pct.
How long had you been back to lifting when you ran your cycle, you cycled early right? Just want OP to keep in mind that newbie gains are common when getting back into or just starting weight training and good diet and you may have been experiencing a lot of that as well.
I'm not being a dick but that diet is about 500 calories. A suicide diet crashes your metabolism. You didn't get to 400 lbs eating 500 calories. The weight loss should not be that fast and extreme. Set cals to 2500. Put 200g protein 100g fat put the rest to carbs IMO.Thanks for the feedback. These are all things I've already been hearing. Truth be told I was looking for that one out of a thousand to just tell me what I want to hear lol.. But as that's not the case I can now see just how much I've made up my mind. In no way shape or form am I thinking pills or juice is some magic. And anybody who has been even above 350 and lost 100lbs to suggest that type of thinking obviously has no idea the type of hard work it takes to lose weight .. WITH OR WITHOUT PILLS!!!
Call me crazy but the ONLY thing that's harder to lose weight naturally is patience.. That's it. It isn't the eating part of the cravings.. Because it's actually a lot more easier to eat a higher caloric BUT low fat balanced diet than starve my ass off and workout with nothing in my system. IT JUST BOILS DOWN TO PATIENCE!!! My friends.. Patience is one thing I just DONT got right now. Yes I want it now. Yes I want results. But I know the pain that is required. I know the cost. I'm willing to pay that cost. Fuck a therapist and a nutritionist. This isn't rocket science.
Bowl of plain oatmeal in the morning
Plain Chicken breast (lunch&dinner)
Half cup plain rice (lunch&dinner)
Hot sauce
I'll work off my aggression on the weights. I know me. Me tell myself that me need to get big. Me like to look good. Not just a smaller version of what I am now, but 250 cut up. At that size I'd be scared to ever come back to this size again. When I was I kid I thought like a kid. I acted like a kid. I did childish things... Now I've put those those ways behind me (paul).. I wanted to party back then (weed and alcohol)
My priorities are different. My perspective has changed. The old me has been crucified. BEHOLD. The new me!
I will start back slow.... At first... I was going to do this anyways.. The first three weeks I'll be walking everyday for about 30 minutes and super light weight lifting routine. My diet will consist around 1500 calories at first which I can easily handle..
After easing myself into it for 3 weeks I will progressively turn up the pace.
This Exactly!! Every fucking word! This a Fucking disaster waiting to happen. OP, screw you head on straight and quit this nonsense. You have been given great advice, the rest is all on you.I'm not 100% sure since you're being kind of vague these past couple posts, maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like you are going to continue with the drugs anyway.
It's a horrible idea. It borders on reckless and no reasonable person can suggest this to someone in your case. You said early on you don't want anyone's 'bullshit hazing'. TFB.
Running clen is a bad idea here, especially going as high as 120mcg.
What is your blood pressure? How did you measure it? What does your resting heart rate typically run at?
Also, your recovery plan for restoring your axis is inadequate and poorly planned out given the compounds you're running. You aren't waiting long enough after last pin before introducing SERM's (2 weeks is not going to cut it with eq and sust in the mix at those doses).
For someone such as yourself who has successfully lost weight before and probably understands there is no chemical solution to the problem long term, you are putting a lot of emphasis on drugs when it's unnecessary and too risky.
I will try to be as moderate as possible.. But I know that the diet isn't realistic
This is something I'm still tinkering with.
I'd like to add more calories in little by little during end of cycle.. But still need to figure some things out
One thing I do know is that I've done all the diet fabs before I hit 16 years of age. Imo I am a firm believer that low carb is not a wise choice just because I always felt lethargic. I am however a strong believer that no matter what diet is done FOR WEIGHT LOSS that it should be a well balanced diet and of low fat with good protein and good carbohydrate intake. Staying away from foods that contain high cholesterol and sodium.
Call me crazy but every single diet that has ever works for me to achieve whatever goal it was. I stuck to the same EXACT food ALLDAY EVERYDAY NONSTOP. for example on my first conquest I ate only turkey burgers. I had 8 turkeys burgers a day. (2 x 4)
With Roma tomatoes
Spinach
Hot sauce
40cal wheat bun
Fat free low cal cheese
I did that for 7 months
I worked out everyday
Because of how well balanced the diet was and my continued working out. And natural genetics. I looked damn near like I was juicing when I wasn't at 250lbs down from 405.
I say all that to say this. I've had my fair share with dieting and I know the dos and donts.
A starvation diet is definitely a don't!
Unless you are a pro competing which I never aspired to be nor do I want to be.
But a lot of things a lot of people do to lose weight and gain muscle are definitely on the don't list.
This program or "thing" I'm doing is NOT something I'd recommend for anyone to try nor do I condone such practice amongst yourself with or without a doctor.
This is me ALL ME!! I gotta get it one way or the other, I'm getting it..

OP, go for it! They'll bunch of haters anyway and they don't know jack shit.. YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT and like to keep it real 100%!
