Would like to make a comeback transformation..

at 180 maybe consider a cycle lol not 260, jeezus. youll have to put on like 20 pounds of muscle and still be heavy at 280. Honestly why would you want to even stay above 200 not lean

I would be VERY concerned about hypertension and cardiovascular health with that laundry list of drugs at those doses at that bodyweight. I'm going to take a guess and say there are more than a few risk factors for heart problems that should be given consideration here.

This is overkill and kind of scary....I understand the desire to make changes, but seriously, consider going a different direction. If you have the $ for all the gear then hire a trainer and nutritionist and work with them for a while instead.

I commend your decision to get yourself inshape, but I believe you have a physiological disorder. You need to figure out why your weight is constantly fluctuating. We can give our opinions, but I believe there's a major underlining issue that you need to figure out and overcome. Start googling Anthony Robbins and ours like him. If you have the means, also look into a therapist and you would also benefit from a nutritionist.

Good luck with your journey and I wish you the best!

I disagree with 280 being too big to cycle. I ran a test cycle at 315 and lost 20 pounds of fat and have more muscle and am stronger at the end of pct.

How long had you been back to lifting when you ran your cycle, you cycled early right? Just want OP to keep in mind that newbie gains are common when getting back into or just starting weight training and good diet and you may have been experiencing a lot of that as well.

True, i had only been back at it for about 8-9 months. I meant more though if when he gets to 280 he has built up some muscle, i had packed on alot of muscle in those 8 months, he wanted to run some test to help hold onto what he had gained it wouldnt be completely out of the question, i cycled purely to hold on to the muscle i had already put on and it worked out for me. I definitely agree that if he hasnt built some kind of foundation and has ourely just lost fat then it wouldnt be any point to it.

Thanks for the feedback. These are all things I've already been hearing. Truth be told I was looking for that one out of a thousand to just tell me what I want to hear lol.. But as that's not the case I can now see just how much I've made up my mind. In no way shape or form am I thinking pills or juice is some magic. And anybody who has been even above 350 and lost 100lbs to suggest that type of thinking obviously has no idea the type of hard work it takes to lose weight .. WITH OR WITHOUT PILLS!!!

Call me crazy but the ONLY thing that's harder to lose weight naturally is patience.. That's it. It isn't the eating part of the cravings.. Because it's actually a lot more easier to eat a higher caloric BUT low fat balanced diet than starve my ass off and workout with nothing in my system. IT JUST BOILS DOWN TO PATIENCE!!! My friends.. Patience is one thing I just DONT got right now. Yes I want it now. Yes I want results. But I know the pain that is required. I know the cost. I'm willing to pay that cost. Fuck a therapist and a nutritionist. This isn't rocket science.

Bowl of plain oatmeal in the morning

Plain Chicken breast (lunch&dinner)
Half cup plain rice (lunch&dinner)
Hot sauce

I'll work off my aggression on the weights. I know me. Me tell myself that me need to get big. Me like to look good. Not just a smaller version of what I am now, but 250 cut up. At that size I'd be scared to ever come back to this size again. When I was I kid I thought like a kid. I acted like a kid. I did childish things... Now I've put those those ways behind me (paul).. I wanted to party back then (weed and alcohol)
My priorities are different. My perspective has changed. The old me has been crucified. BEHOLD. The new me!

I will start back slow.... At first... I was going to do this anyways.. The first three weeks I'll be walking everyday for about 30 minutes and super light weight lifting routine. My diet will consist around 1500 calories at first which I can easily handle..

After easing myself into it for 3 weeks I will progressively turn up the pace.

easier to run low carb imo, fat melts off.
breakfast: eggs n nuts
mid-day meals: tuna can/chicken breast can w tbsp avocado oil/olive oil or some mustard/mayo/whatever
dinner: cottage cheese/shake/protein style burger
Lots of good options. Check out OGH's food thread.

I'm not being a dick but that diet is about 500 calories. A suicide diet crashes your metabolism. You didn't get to 400 lbs eating 500 calories. The weight loss should not be that fast and extreme. Set cals to 2500. Put 200g protein 100g fat put the rest to carbs IMO.

Do atkins until 190 man it will come off fast as fuck. I was around 260 at 17 or 18 all fat, I did atkins got to 180 in about a summer, looked so much better but will 0 muscle. At that point I would run a cycle if I really wanted to.
On a no carb diet you can eat 4000 calories of meat you will be dropping weight like nothing, not be hungry at all. Then restructure your diet eating healthy, brown rice, chicken, veggies, all that good stuff. Working out daily will allow you eat un-healthy food on occasion like ice cream and stay lean.

I will try to be as moderate as possible.. But I know that the diet isn't realistic

This is something I'm still tinkering with.

I'd like to add more calories in little by little during end of cycle.. But still need to figure some things out

One thing I do know is that I've done all the diet fabs before I hit 16 years of age. Imo I am a firm believer that low carb is not a wise choice just because I always felt lethargic. I am however a strong believer that no matter what diet is done FOR WEIGHT LOSS that it should be a well balanced diet and of low fat with good protein and good carbohydrate intake. Staying away from foods that contain high cholesterol and sodium.

Call me crazy but every single diet that has ever works for me to achieve whatever goal it was. I stuck to the same EXACT food ALLDAY EVERYDAY NONSTOP. for example on my first conquest I ate only turkey burgers. I had 8 turkeys burgers a day. (2 x 4)
With Roma tomatoes
Spinach
Hot sauce
40cal wheat bun
Fat free low cal cheese

I did that for 7 months

I worked out everyday

Because of how well balanced the diet was and my continued working out. And natural genetics. I looked damn near like I was juicing when I wasn't at 250lbs down from 405.

I say all that to say this. I've had my fair share with dieting and I know the dos and donts.

A starvation diet is definitely a don't!
Unless you are a pro competing which I never aspired to be nor do I want to be.

But a lot of things a lot of people do to lose weight and gain muscle are definitely on the don't list.

This program or "thing" I'm doing is NOT something I'd recommend for anyone to try nor do I condone such practice amongst yourself with or without a doctor.

This is me ALL ME!! I gotta get it one way or the other, I'm getting it..

I'm not 100% sure since you're being kind of vague these past couple posts, maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like you are going to continue with the drugs anyway.

It's a horrible idea. It borders on reckless and no reasonable person can suggest this to someone in your case. You said early on you don't want anyone's 'bullshit hazing'. TFB.

Running clen is a bad idea here, especially going as high as 120mcg.

What is your blood pressure? How did you measure it? What does your resting heart rate typically run at?

Also, your recovery plan for restoring your axis is inadequate and poorly planned out given the compounds you're running. You aren't waiting long enough after last pin before introducing SERM's (2 weeks is not going to cut it with eq and sust in the mix at those doses).

For someone such as yourself who has successfully lost weight before and probably understands there is no chemical solution to the problem long term, you are putting a lot of emphasis on drugs when it's unnecessary and too risky.

This Exactly!! Every fucking word! This a Fucking disaster waiting to happen. OP, screw you head on straight and quit this nonsense. You have been given great advice, the rest is all on you.

I feel you OP, and I know your going to do the drugs anyways.

It's not safe, its pretty damn reckless, but I get where your coming from.

Still, will you even consider the fact that certain of the particular drugs (Clen, tren, etc.) are not necessary and ultimately may prove far more harmful than helpful.

Thyroid hormone...okay. Low dose clen---ehhh. Tren and all those other compounds---God damn.

Health wise, you might as well just smoke some crystal meth for a few weeks, go to rehab, and then-when you get out-start a moderate cycle to get you weight back up.

Assuming you don;t get arrested or addicted, the crystal meth diet plan is actually safer than your proposed weight-loss plan and come back cycle plan.

So you want a quick out to lose weight without gaining the discipline and patience it takes to change your eating habits for long periods of time?

Yeah, enjoys those pills. You'll be back to 400 not too long after.

Op I'm sorry to say but you are delusional about how much muscle you have. You are 400 lbs dude... even if you are 7 feet tall you won't be "cut up" at 250. You don't even have any discernible traps or forearms or... anything that lets anyone know there is muscle under there like a 400lb powerlifter would have. Spend 2 years getting to 200 use as much clem as you want but your heart will not be in good shape. and THEN you can bulk to 250.

Guys lay off OP.. He clearly stated he made up his mind and don't want none of your sound-advice bullshit! Because he knows better!! With his setup--he'll get lean and ripped for summer!! OP, go for it! They'll bunch of haters anyway and they don't know jack shit.. YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT and like to keep it real 100%!

YES...I AM GOING TO GO AHEAD AS PLANNED WITH SOME MORE PRE-CAUTIONS SETUP BASED ON THE FEEDBACK HERE.

So if you people want to haze me or tell me I'm stupid go ahead. I can take it. And in reference to me being delusional about how much muscle I have.. I'm not. I never said that RIGHT NOW I'm packing a lot of muscle. I'm talking 10-13 years ago. I have let myself go extremely. So in that regards I'm not delusional lol I know I look like shit.

And I was off 20 pounds I'm actually 380lbs, seen the doc today.. Everything looks good.

I appreciate the concern and feedback. Yes I asked for it.. Yes I said no hazing.. But right now I'm saying..

Say what you want.. I'll get down to at least 340 with nothing

Then start the t3/clen/adipex

Drop to 250

By then I'll have 3-4 months working out

Then I'll do cycle

My bodyfat will probably be 20% by then

I'll post every week to keep you guys updated for the ones that are interested.

No one hazed you, every single person gave you sound advice to help you be safe. I didn't really expect you to listen to anyone because it's clear you feel you have the answers and your going to continue to yo-yoing your weight as you've been doing.

Now with that said I'd like to add this, fuck off. You're the epitomy of ignorance and you are setting a bad example for others who would follow in your misled footsteps. But fuck it.. You already knew that too what am I talking about.

I never said anyone hazed me ..what r u talking about it?!??

In fact I said "thanks for the concern and feedback"...

Anyways.. I don't want anyone to follow in my footsteps.

I will stop posting.. I was under the assumption that some people wanted to know my progress.. Maybe not!

Anyways.. I DO appreciate the atmosphere here at Meso, everyone is welcome to their opinions.

I WILL STOP POSTING!!!

God Bless
:)
