I never said that RIGHT NOW I'm packing a lot of muscle. I'm talking 10-13 years ago. I have let myself go extremely. So in that regards I'm not delusional lol I know I look like shit.

And I was off 20 pounds I'm actually 380lbs, seen the doc today.. Everything looks good.

I appreciate the concern and feedback. Yes I asked for it.. Yes I said no hazing.. But right now I'm saying..

Say what you want.. I'll get down to at least 340 with nothing

Then start the t3/clen/adipex

Drop to 250

By then I'll have 3-4 months working out

Then I'll do cycle

My bodyfat will probably be 20% by then

I'll post every week to keep you guys updated for the ones that are interested.


THIS is a much better plan. Good to see. Be sure to post up a log and keep it updated for motivation. But it will take longer than 4 months to get to 250 from 380. A year is more feasible and is still very fast progress. Good luck

i ate clean as fuck for almost 2 years, barely ate any junk food because 10bux at mcdonalds can get me 3 days worth of proteins.

There are so many inconsistencies in your OP... How did you lose over 100lbs in 3 months? How did you become "huge" on drol / winni / var, and in only a few weeks? Your story has more holes to be filled than an asian prostitute
 
Lost it by working out twice a day
Taking high amounts of t3 & t4
Clenbuterol & Adipex and drinking that redline rpx all at the same time

I barely slept
I barely ate
All I did was work out
 
Rock, You are wrong and you need someone to tell that to you. Get your real problem sorted first. You'll need that for sustainable change. By cheating, you will not implement the changes you need to stay buff and trim. All you will do is fuck up your methabolism and enter into yet another yo-yo. I have been there myself for years.

@DonQKong thanks for the actual feedback... I've been thinking a lot about this ever since I've been reading all the good advice on here.. I am going to try losing as much as I can naturally. I'm 380 now so I'm hoping I can get to 300 naturally then start throwing in the drug aids to assist me

I dont think you comprehend anything anyone is saying, or youre just a troll. A really good troll, aka Michelle since he hasn't been posting much. Anything over 200 that isn't fully muscle is fat aka you cant use roids safely until then.
