Pretty childish and vindictive thing to do, to go after someone's job, but if she can do that with relatively no remorse, what else would she be willing to do?

i hope this works out for you brother. i have a feeling it will, since this seems like it adds up to a whole lot of nothing, beyond the malice of a vindictive woman and her family.

From here on out, if it were me, i'd shutdown all future communication with her, and if there must be any (say you have children together, for example) i'd keep it to the bare minimum and keep it as civil as possible.

It said consumer info would be shared woth local LE for them to determine what they wanted to do about it..... But GH has NEVER been something I've jumped on yet... EVER. Someone dimed me out dudes...

Haha.. They would never step up to me bro. I'm a high school State wrestling champ and did really well in college, golden gloves and played around with some MMA friends. Plus I look like I might work out a little... haha.

I meant equifax not experian. Sorry my man. 5 minutes of your time go to equifax.com and see if you were one of the millions effected by the data breach. Your social security number and your name and itll tell u right quick if ya were. They offer a free credit watch if u were effected. Whether or not this issue was part of that idk but definitely good to check anyway and rule it out and get that damn free credit protection plan!

Secondly create an acct with creditkarma. Its free and u get monthly credit reports automatically sent to your inbox. So you can continually monitor it. And always check your monthly statements on credit cards, bank statements. Its possible some one could be leaching money. Whether it be someone who stole your identity or a clerk or waiter that sliced a few bucks off the top of your bill or receipt to hopefully not get your attention. They dont usually steal alot. Just enough that you wouldnt notice.

Doesn't enrolling in the credit protection waive any right to any class action settlement that comes from this?

Still probably a good idea, with 2.5 million people effected. I doubt it would be worth it anyway.

I am still leery of enrolling in Equifax's program because of the BS. I don't trust any of the credit bureaus now because of this, and who knows, Experian and TransUnion may have been hit but nothing was said.

To OP, if you suspect someone pretended to be tye DEA you realize thats a serious federal offence they committed right? Impersonating a federal agent is a pretty serious deal.

Calling someone up and saying your the DEA is imoersonating a federal agent. Get a lawyer to subpoena the fire chiefs phone records, identify tye number of the caller, get a statement from the chief saying that number called claiming to be DEA. Turn it over to tye authorities.

Get a lawyer, be 100% honest with him and let him do the lying if necessary.
I've had my past run ins with LE, a good attorney can't help you unless he knows all the facts.
My lawyer never even would let me speak, he'd stand up with some creative crazy story that he could back and I'd go home. And he took payment in "product", great guy!

If he's smart he will disassociate himself with anything that can tie him to AAS and hgh. That includes his username on any steroid forums. His ex gf could have easily rummaged through his phone, email(s) or seen him on this site without him realizing it.
