WR 1036lb Bench press

Ryan Kennelly benched 1,036 pounds today {29.7.07}at the WPO Stars of the Bench in the Ukraine. That gave Kennelly the win and the new All-Time Record in the bench press. Kennelly surpasses Gene Rychlak's 1,010 pound effort.


How the hell do these guys do it,without ripping/snapping their pecs.

Benchs are getting crazy... I can't explain it... shirts can't be that good. Even the deadlifters need to catch up. Just holding that much weight in your hands it an achivement, let alone pressing it.

Shirts can add almost 300lbs to a bench.

shit, shirt or not thats insane. he does 405 20, then 315 for 20 right after both without a shirt. then in another video he does 600 twice without a shirt like its nothing. strong ass dude
